I wanted to share my experience with Richmond Hill Subaru because I've seen some complaints about security fees and hazard protection, and I feel it's important to provide a balanced perspective. My husband and I have been loyal Subaru customers since 2009, and we've purchased four Subarus from this dealership over the years. In 2021, our 2017 STi was unfortunately stolen. However, the theft protection etching that came with our Subaru proved to be a lifesaver. It added an extra $5,000 to our insurance replacement allowance, which meant we didn't have to dig into our own pockets to replace my husband's beloved STi. Recently, we also had to replace one of our Outback vehicles, and the Road Hazard protection came through for us. They replaced our broken windshield for free and even fixed our tire puncture on two separate occasions. While Richmond Hill Subaru might not be the cheapest option in town, their transparency and commitment to their customers are worth it. I've referred many friends and family members to this dealership, and I can't say enough about the excellent service we've received. A special shout-out to Alex Kam, one of the salesmen, who has consistently been helpful and transparent. If you're in the market for a Subaru, I 100% recommend checking out Richmond Hill Subaru. They've earned our trust and loyalty over the years, and we couldn't be happier with our Subaru vehicles. More

Dealership ordered me an Uber this morning as they have an account with Uber. Uber driver drove me home. My house keys/work fob accidentally fell out of my pocket in the backseat. I noticed they were missi an account with Uber. Uber driver drove me home. My house keys/work fob accidentally fell out of my pocket in the backseat. I noticed they were missing about hour later. I called Suburu to ensure I did not leave them there. I asked them to contact Uber as they have an account with them. I tried to call Uber myself..but found it impossible to get a hold of someone. Several hours later, the service department called to advise the Uber driver had my keys. They gave me his phone number. I called him right away. He refused to allow me to pick up my keys, but told me he would drive them to my house, and there is a charge. I called the Suburu to complain as that was not right. Then the driver called again about and hour and half later..now he wanted me to meet somewhere so he could give me my keys, and told me that he will be charging me. I outright refused, and called Suburu again. They agreed and said they have an account with Uber and not sure why he is charging me,. But went on to say, it's out our hands?? I reminded the service personal that they arranged this service, and it is their issue. They have business account with Uber. Anyways, I had to report the incident to York Regional Police. They will be looking at charging him. In short, I will not return to Suburu again. Just an absolute lack urgency on their behalf!!! Told me I had to buy an extra package on a new vehicle or i don’t get to buy it. Kiefer is a dirty salesman. I wanted winter tires instead of a package I didn’t want but he said that doesn’t benefit his sale i don’t get to buy it. Kiefer is a dirty salesman. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to get ripped off. You wanted my business so you said and all you got is a bad review. Garbage More

I had a great experience buying my Subaru Outback with Michael February as a salesman and Daniel Montesanti as a sales manager. Within 12 hours Michael presented a car at my home and was successfully able to secure the maximum trade -in value for my car.
