Having visited several area dealerships from time to time, we decided to visit Richmond Hill Subaru in late March, Our salesman, Robert Ruffalo made the entire process an excellent and comfortable shopping process. While my wife compared both Forester and Outback, Robert provided us with his excellent knowledge of each vehicle and gave us considerable time while making a decision. He showed us both models, outlined the differences and assisted my wife in deciding to choose a 2016 Forester. His patience and excellent handling of negotiations made the experience very comfortable.I strongly recommend checking out Richmond HIll Subaru. The staff are all pleasant and they make the customer feel very welcome. Ask for Robert! He's tops in our book. Check out their Outback Cafe...best industrial coffee maker with lots of choice. More

We were shown a number of vehicles that were on our list and test drove each. The test drive was very helpful, it was pouring rain so we really got the feel of the vehicles on main roads and on the highway. From testing through to purchasing our entire experience was a joy. Francis was excellent he took the time to explain and show us on the test drives all the vehicles had to offer.This helped to make our decision much easier. At final sale time Francis made us feel very comfortable with the vehicle before driving off. Great sales person thank you. More

At Subaru in Richmond Hill my sales lady was Ariela and she was guiding me in the process of choosing between the two explaining all about Subaru and how it would suit my needs. In the end because of her knowledge of Subaru and how she explained everything to myself and my wife we ended up buying the Legacy. She demonstrated excellent customer service and wasn't pushy whatsoever. We also ended up going with the Extended Warranty which was a great idea and a whole bunch of accessories like the 3M protector, all weather mats, trunk guard, etc. I would definitely recommend these as they would protect your investment. I currently live in Brampton and went all the way to Richmond Hill because one of my friends referred me to her. If you are in the market for a new Subaru I would definitely strongly recommend that you see Ariela. You will not be disappointed. Damon More

First Time Maintenance on a Used 2014 Forester XT This was my first time at any Subaru dealership after purchasing a used 2014 Subaru Forester. I was surprised how helpful the Coordinator Mike Neo was This was my first time at any Subaru dealership after purchasing a used 2014 Subaru Forester. I was surprised how helpful the Coordinator Mike Neo was. I brought along a handful of posted Subaru TSB's for them to check because I wanted to start with a "fresh" and well-maintained vehicle, He appreciated my concerns, explained to me how the TSB process worked and found a missed recall on my vehicle. He even went above and beyond and strategically organized the work to save me money. We were also given a loaner car to use for the day that the recall fix would take. He was very knowledgeable about the FXT as he owns one himself. All in all, I would go back for service again. Thanks! More
Excellent Service By The Service Dept + Service Coordinator First off, this review has been pending for a while. I always bring in my 2015 Subaru WRX and 2009 Subaru Impreza for service to this dealership, and First off, this review has been pending for a while. I always bring in my 2015 Subaru WRX and 2009 Subaru Impreza for service to this dealership, and I always book Mike as my service coordinator. He is amazing, and takes the time to understand my needs. The instances where I have dropped my car off, and not waited, he provided a periodic status of my car to me, and ensured that the work was done well by the service technicians. At times, when there was a delay, he would apologize, and would explain to me why the delay was caused. Put it this way, bringing in either of my Subaru vehicles to the Richmond Hill Subaru service department, and being looked after by Mike, I can just close my eyes, and know that my Subies are in excellent hands! Thanks again Mike! Looking forward to future service appointments! More

Great experience on 10000km inspection I brought in my 2016 Forester for the 1st maintenance, and before bringing in the vehicle I had made some enquiries over the phone with Mike Neo who w I brought in my 2016 Forester for the 1st maintenance, and before bringing in the vehicle I had made some enquiries over the phone with Mike Neo who was already absolutely helpful and professional. It was a great experience to meet Mike in person and he was able to explain things in good details and provide value-added customer service. He even shared with me on how he would maintain his own Forester XT and I found that really useful. He is surely a great asset to the dealership. I would recommend Mike to anyone. Good job Mike! More

He made suggestions regarding service inspections backed up with good explanations, not aggressively pushing services that were not necessary. The dealership was recently renovated (ie. building was completely rebuilt from scratch) and featured a spacious and a very comfortable service lounge. More
