I am happy to say this dealership lived up to it's reputation. Sales was seriously no pressure. Everyone was patient, informative, and super friendly. Car buying is big deal, and can be stressful, but everyone at Subaru Richmond Hill made the experience painless. I liked that the Sales team was accessible by text message, phone, and email - and I appreciated that most things were transparent to me and if I didn't understand, people were willing to explain (with regards to how things were calculated, what charges were, the pros and cons to accepting rust protection etc). All I can say is go in with an idea of your budget and the features you want - the sales team will take care of the rest! More

Scott Pearl, the GM, was even nice enough to personally meet us after I mentioned I was recommended to this dealership. Leon was a great no-pressure employee whom treated us both respectfully. We purchased a used Legacy and were very happy with the service we were provided. No hidden fees or pressure to purchase any add-ons after closing the deal. I can honestly say from every dealership I have ever been to, this one provided the most comfortable customer service experience. If you need a Subaru, don't waste your time going anywhere else! I bought a used 2009 Subaru Impreza 4 years ago, and made the switch to Subaru Richmond Hill from a local mechanic about 3 years ago. I could not believe the prices at Subaru matched (if not beat) the prices of all the local mechanics I went to in the past. Not only were the prices exceptional for genuine Subaru parts, but the customer service and employee knowledge blew me away. The one person (not to mention all), that stands out to me the most when I go to Subaru of Richmond Hill and who I always look for, for assistance, is the sales advisor Mike Neofotistos. Mike always goes the extra mile to help me and make me understand whats going on with my Subaru when it needs service, so I do not feel like I am getting ripped off or anything like that. Mike is super friendly and knowledgeable on top of everything else, and as long as I drive a Subaru I refuse to go anywhere else! 5/5 stars and suggest other Subaru drivers to go there! More

I called Alex on January 3 and found out that the information on that website was outdated, but he suggested to me the correct website. Unfortunately he already had two appointments that evening and suggested that other sale staff would be able to help. I walked in after supper and was introduced to Kevin by the floor staff. He went over the ones available, and we narrowed down to only one that would fit my budget. I decided to make the purchase and Sam helped me with the financing aspects.
