He even assisted my wife talking to my insurance company as TD can't locate the new car's VIN # in their computer system, my insurance's matter got resolved & I'm happy to be able to drive my car out at lunch. As my wife was inspecting her new car, she found some scratches near the center console, glue marks and dirty left rear window. Michael passed by checking how things are going, and took ownership of the problem. He got us a detailer to rub off the scatch marks, and cleaned off the glue marks and dirty window. There were two guys working on my car, I can see great teamwork. My family been shopping around for the best deal within GTA since December 2016. One sales from other dealership were pushy even though they give good deal on the first visit. Another sales from another dealership was writing extra lines on the offer "Mrs. ???? is leasing the new Impreza" and push my wife to sign it before negotiation during the first visit. Richmond Hill Subaru's Michael Tran & Simon Sin let everyone in my family test drive the car for quite a while, and was not rushing us into decision. During the negotiation, they are very transparent about their cost, and explained their best deal in great detail. These guys are honest people: When my wife was bringing over her old licence plate two days ago, Micheal brought up the new promotion of $500 manufacturer discount, and revised the deal for us. More

I was looking for reliable car with a low lease rate and settled for a white or silver Legacy. I met Jeff and he took me out for a test drive. Jeff also suggested I try the new Impreza based on my driving needs and usage he thought I would like it more. After the test drive I was convinced and Jeff worked out a deal that fit my budget and walked me throughout my first lease and was very patient and thorough. In fact in the end I ended up choosing his favourite colour choice Island Blue for my Impreza! I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Jeff if you were looking for an easy going professional. More
