Great Overall Experience I first shopped around the web and narrowed my selection down to 4 possibilities. I used the RH Subaru dealer website to inquire about the vehicle they had and Brett responded the same day offering to arrange a visit. I could not make it the that day, however, Brett accommodated my schedule, answered all my questions directly, offering information and insight but was never pushy in any way. I actually had to coax him into giving me a sales pitch (and he laughed) as I was trying to decide between his and another car on my list. I wound up purchasing the Subaru after my test drive which then included assistance from Sam who walked me through the financial side of the acquisition. There were a couple of slip ups but Brett took care of everything as I brought it to his attention. What can I say but that I think the guys and gals of RH Subaru offer a great experience from start to finish. From the receptionist who greet you to the sales and finance specialists who assist you everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful. Coincidence? I think not as this is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer in a little over a year with same same experience both times. I would not only recommend them but will definitely look their way for my next purchase. More

As a female buyer, I am sensitive to how I am treated. I have been talked down to before. Men assume you can't drive a manual transmission and only care about colour. Jeff Foo treated me with respect. After agreeing to purchase the car, I didn't like the way I was treated by the manager or finance person; trying to sell me an extended warrenty; and finance with them when I just wanted to pay cash. More
