Poor customer service.... I was in today to inquire about about warranty repairs for my 2012 Outback today. There was only one service advisor working and one other customer in I was in today to inquire about about warranty repairs for my 2012 Outback today. There was only one service advisor working and one other customer in front of me, so I was asked to wait a few minutes. Few minutes pass and I speak to the advisor explaining my situation, not seeming to be interested in helping me at all.... A few other customers come walking in, and then he says to me that there are lots of customers waiting that were here before you. Once again he asks me to go sit down and wait again in the lounge area. I don't know what it takes to get some service at this dealer.... They don't even have a minute to answer a few simple questions. Anyways never again will be visiting this dealer again. Incompetent workers is all I have to say. Total waste of time! I will take the business elsewhere. More

Best Customer Service This was, by far, the best dealership experience I have had in the GTA. Looking for a used vehicle, and after going to 4 other dealerships looking for This was, by far, the best dealership experience I have had in the GTA. Looking for a used vehicle, and after going to 4 other dealerships looking for the FR-S/ BRZ, finally found the one at Richmond Hill. It was a bit far, but well worth it. They had many options, and the one that I was interested in was in perfect like-new condition. They price competitively, but just a little disappointing that they do not negotiate on used vehicles. Unfortunately, we did not purchase the vehicle, but not because we purchased from somewhere else, rather just deciding to wait until our finances allow us to purchase. Will be back later to purchase from them!! SIMON IS THE BEST! More
