Just as back then, he was friendly, yet professional and took lots of time to explain the Accent's features and answer all of our questions. We also believe he gave us an extremely fair deal. I believe I got a fair deal and the follow up was great. I had been to the Hyundai dealer on Woodbine in Thornhill. While closer to my home, I found the sales person arrogant and distracted and he gave the impression that he'd do me a big favour by taking my 2006 Jaguar XJR off my hands for 1/2 of what I was offered by Greg and Brek-the latter offer was fair, the Woodbine one ridiculous. If I hadn't gone to the Richmond Hill location, I'd still be driving my Jaguar. More

I walked in and spoke with Jack Dee and within 3 days he had me and my daughter in 2 vehicles as promised...and picking up the vehicles was just as easy with Greg Sipprell stepping in to make sure all the paperwork was in order and the keys were handed over.
