The sales man, Eddie Li explains every thing about this car to me very well and also, he shows me around the dealership. The Dealership is great and I will bring my car in for service. Thanks. The only thing is disappointing me that this luxury SUV does not have power-folding side mirrors, Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), etc. Jimmy Tse More

Everything was great, my experience dealing with the sale guy was okay. However, after only having the car for only 4 days, the engine light came on and the RPMs were revving at 1100. The dealership in Aurora took over 5 hours fixing it. Hopefully that will be the end of the problems, or did I just buy a lemon? More

Thanks for helping me knowing my tight budged For many of buyers, you have two deal with two main questions when you buy a car: Can I afford it?; and, Did I get a good deal?. The 1st question can For many of buyers, you have two deal with two main questions when you buy a car: Can I afford it?; and, Did I get a good deal?. The 1st question can be solved if you take some time to analyze your budged carefully; however, the 2nd question will keep you awake as it is hard to know if you got/are getting the car for the right price. I did my homework and solved the 1st question. For the 2nd question, it will only depend on how the sellers try to help you out knowing your conditions. My experience at Hyundai Richmond Hill with Eddie Li and Jack Dee was that they really did care on getting me the best deal possible as I had a really tight budget and since I walked out of the dealership, I felt that they really tried to help me as much as they could I got a good deal on my new Elantra. I was seconds away from doing the deal but wanted to think about it before I made any rash decisions. David explained what I'd be saving, negotiated a great deal for me, but like I said I just came in for an oil change. After thinking about it at home I decided not buy it, the numbers were too out of my price range. Then Eddie contacted me and asked me what he had to do for me to have the car I always wanted. And I told him I couldn't afford it, what I wanted, and he managed to do it. Eddie's always taken care of me since I bought my first car from him, and he really stepped up his game and surprised me on this one. He's a great salesman to have on your team, and you should be lucky to have him. Both David and Eddie showed complete customer appreciation and without them I wouldn't have bought the car. I had visited another Hyundai store before, and had such a sour experience, I vow to never to enter that store, and I was afraid of facing it again here. But at the Richmond Hill store, the complete opposite happened. It was my first time buying a new car, and Warren answered every possible question I had for him. He wanted to make sure I was confident and happy with what I was getting, and him and Jeff worked out a great price for me. If it hadn't been for their patience, knowledge, friendliness, and overall great attitude, I wouldn't have signed the papers that night. I am completely happy with my experience with this store, and feel confident bringing my car back to this location for future services. More
