I purchased a Hyundai Genesis several months ago. My experience with Brek Bailey at Richmond Hill Hyundai has been exceptional. He and his team have gone out of their way to ensure my total satisfaction during all aspects of the sales process. Most recently, I had a service issue that had to be dealt with at Hyundai's Richmond Hill's sister dealership with whom I was unfamiliar. Despite it being very late in the afternoon, Brek prearranged contact with the service manager who met me on arrival and dealt with my issue immediately. Now that's teamwork! Problems are inevitable.
