This dealership is a rip off. . I was there in 2023 with a dead battery, they wanted to charge me 150 for a test, when I already knew it was the battery. They wanted to charge me . I was there in 2023 with a dead battery, they wanted to charge me 150 for a test, when I already knew it was the battery. They wanted to charge me 695.00 for a new OEM Battery when other dealerships only charge 556.00, which is outrages at that price as well. I also needed a new flasher light on the back of my car and when I talked to the mechanic about it he told me that it would be expensive because they have to hand solder each new bulb onto the strip. Which is absolutely ridiculous, nobody solders bulbs on, they are solid state parts. I was charged 75.00 to install a light strip. That's how they were able to build that big new showroom, they RIP you off. Disgraceful!! I would give them a 0 if I could!! I went to Maple Hyundai and got a cheaper battery and better service. More
I visited many times for service and this place is horrible. This place is not for providing service but to only suck money from customers in whatever way possible. One of my door is not closing pr horrible. This place is not for providing service but to only suck money from customers in whatever way possible. One of my door is not closing properly and they have no solution but every time they're ready to trick you for 1000 types of service and chages.. I have lot of things to say but don't want to waste my time. I'll use the time to give feedback and ratings everywhere. More
I am writing this on behalf of my husband since it might help people to understand the quality of service these guys give. THIS IS IN PARTICULAR FOR THE SERVICE OFFERED BY 👉🏻MR.RATAN 👈🏻 AND I WISH I COU help people to understand the quality of service these guys give. THIS IS IN PARTICULAR FOR THE SERVICE OFFERED BY 👉🏻MR.RATAN 👈🏻 AND I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 RATING FOR THE SERVICE TEAM. Also, i find so many bad reviews about Mr.Ratan Singh, and it seems like Rexdale Hyundai is doing nothing about it. Here is why: I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Rexdale Hyundai service team during my first service appointment. I purchased my car from this dealership, so I expected good service. When I called to book the appointment, I specifically asked about the shuttle service, as I needed to be dropped off at work, I was informed that they only offer shuttle service within a 5 km radius, which I found odd since my work is just 8 km away. Respecting their policy, I planned my appointment for the afternoon, figuring I could drop off my car and take the shuttle home to work remotely. When I arrived for my appointment, I was assisted by a very professional lady, and I asked if the shuttle was available as I needed to log in for work. She checked with Mr. Ratan, another service advisor, who told me there was no shuttle that day because the driver had called in sick. He said I should wait in the lounge for an hour, and my car would be ready soon. I decided to wait since it didn’t make sense to go home for such a short time. However, while waiting, I noticed the shuttle car pulling in. I spoke to the driver casually, who was a nice gentleman, who told me he was working that day dropping off and picking up customers. I was furious that Mr. Ratan had lied to me. When I confronted him, he immediately became defensive, showing me a message to "prove" the driver had called in sick and not allowing me to speak, he was only busy trying to prove that driver who i spoke to was for moving parts apparently. His dismissive attitude and refusal to hear my side of the story were incredibly unprofessional. He simply wanted to be right rather than understand my frustration. What upset me most was how differently I was treated during the sales process. When I bought my car, they went out of their way to provide excellent service, even offering a car to take me home and back when I forgot some paperwork. But now, for a simple shuttle service, they couldn’t even offer an alternative like an Uber. Just because their staff called in sick, Customers are pretty much on their staffs schedule. If they don't come to work, it's our problem pretty much. This kind of customer service was awful. Mr. Ratan’s blunt response of "All the customers who drop off their car waits, you can choose to wait in the lounge" with a smirk was infuriating. He clearly has no idea how to value customers or professionally communicate & understand what a customer has to say. I've never had such a bad experience at other dealerships like Classic Honda, where they arrange Uber rides to work that’s 20 km away(Which i never expect from anyone else to drop off and pick me up of that distance). Rexdale Hyundai needs to learn how to treat customers beyond the initial sale. This was a VERY DISAPPOINTING first service experience, and I expected much better from a dealership I TRUSTED. A simple and small value added gestures goes a long mile. I am not looking for the management to reply to this with a diplomatic approach of being sorry and will be looking into the matter blah blah... looking at the other reviews, it seems like i am not to be the only customer with Mr Ratan's unprofessional style of approach. Definitely not his 1st rodeo of poor customer experience. More
Looting people in the name of car service. Problem arises after performing car service but they are not responding in a professional way rather they are asking more money as a diagnostic cost Problem arises after performing car service but they are not responding in a professional way rather they are asking more money as a diagnostic cost even we know the problem was after performing tire rotation and break inspection. Worst place to visit for car service. More

The dealership said it was under warranty and/or recall Months later they said our warranty was void because we got oil changes some where other than their dealership. So now we have a 2019 Tuscon sitting at the dealership and now they said they were going to charge us for parking. They want 7,700.00 to fix the engine. I would not recommend this dealership service department. More

I have wasted hours waiting at the customer lounge where he asked us to wait. If you want to only text when work is done, tell the customer prior! Don’t make them wait at the lounge and text the wrong person. Avoid this agent. More
Their service department is so unprofessional and fishy. Different people will tell you the different rates for the diagnosis charges. I had to go twice for the same problem and paid more than $1200 just as Different people will tell you the different rates for the diagnosis charges. I had to go twice for the same problem and paid more than $1200 just as labour charges in one month. They did engine work and changed the oil. Two weeks later, I had to get the oil changed again due to a a leak, from a different repair shop. Not going back there again and advising others to watch out. More
