Their service department is so unprofessional and fishy. Different people will tell you the different rates for the diagnosis charges. I had to go twice for the same problem and paid more than $1200 just as Different people will tell you the different rates for the diagnosis charges. Two weeks later, I had to get the oil changed again due to a a leak, from a different repair shop. Not going back there again and advising others to watch out. More
Ratan Singh service manager in my experience was ineffective, unhelpful, incompetent in his customer service, processing of client requests, attention to timelines, and professionalism. I would highly recommend you avoid Rexdale Hyundai’s service department desk. Get a second opinion on service needed, I am not comfortable trusting the services he lists that you “need” done if you know what I mean. More

The Service Department of this place is absolutely disgusting. You wait for hours, staff members with poor customer service skills, and managers who lack professionalism. I reported a damage to my car that's at first I thought I was a manufacturer defect, only to be told the many possibilities of how the damage could have happened. Now in retrospect, the damage must have happened when I took the car in to be serviced. So you also have dishonest service technicians who would have damage the car in the process and fail to report it. The leasing and sales team is next to perfect, but SERVICE team, you have some serious work. I ain't even going backing there to service my car. More
