The Service Department of this place is absolutely disgusting. You wait for hours, staff members with poor customer service skills, and managers who lack professionalism. Now in retrospect, the damage must have happened when I took the car in to be serviced. So you also have dishonest service technicians who would have damage the car in the process and fail to report it. The leasing and sales team is next to perfect, but SERVICE team, you have some serious work. I ain't even going backing there to service my car. More
