Scott picked me up at my residence as Chrysler told me it would be 24 hours before they could have my truck towed to the dealership. My only complaint is my business I need a truck and as I paid for the extra service I was provided with a car and told my part was 2 weeks away. Service could be allot better. After conversation with Shawn they are now seeing about the use of a truck and getting a starter sooner. More
Purchased a used vehicle from Renfrew. List price of the purchased vehicle was just under $25000. I did get cash back in the amount of $7000 which would put the purchase price at $32000. Looked over the bill of sale and it states the purchase price is $39000. I know dealerships are shady but renfrew takes the cake. The listed price should be the all in price but there is a bunch of other charges on the bill which werr never explained. Says $1800 for accessories but i never got any accessories. Buy beware when dealing with this dealership. Have purxhased a vehicle before from Eastside Kia and never had any of these charges or added fees. Update- I reached out to the new car sales manager and after the finance manager returned he stated that the fees were normal fees. I sent him what it says on Amvic about all in pricing and not adding fees after the fact. He offered me a service credit for a couple hundred dollars to cover some oil changes. I again stated that he has not explained how an extra $7000 was added to my sale price. I indicated i was just going to file a complaint with Amvic, and he replied that I should deal with the GM going forward. The GM called me at 7 pm and said he was going to look into it and call me in the morning. It's now 7:24 pm and no word from the GM Shawn. I have already filed a xomplaint with Amvic. They have done this to others as well by adding on fees that they should not. Hopefully Amvic investigates them as they are shady and have been doing this for 85 years. More

Stefan made the process painless and smooth. I was in my new Jeep in just a couple hours. I found everybody eager to please and of terrific character. I got to meet Shawn F., the GM. He was very kind and generous to me. Everybody I met were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The dealership bent over backwards to satisfy me. I couldn't be any happier with the process and my Jeep. Thnx Renfrew !! More
Be VERY careful booking a service appointment here. Spent 10 minutes on the phone with Vivian booking my Jeep in. Explained what I wanted and why. I asked about different packages and options. She even talked me out of a more expensive inspection package saying a more affordable option would save me money and cover my concerns. But I get there and am told right away none of my issues will be addressed with the package I was booked in for. Complete waste of my morning and time. Maybe ask to speak to a service advisor instead of a booking clerk who has no idea and save yourself from this. More

There are driven as a for profit only dealership and will take as much money as they can with false promises and provide no support. Try and sell you dead end packages that are for profit only. Tactical changes in their management team, in order to confuse the customer. From my previous experience in working in dealerships for 12 years. I can see the shady tactics. Found out because she needed to defer a payment because of Covid and neither of us had loan papers (we bought jeeps at the same time). I have papers for my car loan. They persuaded us to buy the package of extended warranty of over $3000(for five years). But our Jeep got in an accident and write off within two years of purchase when we never claimed anything using the wa of over $3000(for five years). We tried every means to contact this dealer, from the financial advisor to the top leadership but was declined to give any further explanation on why the money cannot be returned. We might understand better if there is a policy to explain why, even if we could accept the fact that whole money cannot be returned. But different people from this dealership said different things which are contradictory, even the leadership said beautiful things but still did nothing. We ever bought two jeeps from this dealership, but we would never go there. People there are more interested in getting money from customers’ pocket, but once there is some dispute and it is possible that they need to refund the customers, the overall management and customer services are bad. They told us not wasting any more time on it, but consider buying new car from them. I would believe they could make more profit from us then. So disappointing! More
