I've never experienced the compassion, and patience he showed us during this experience. Not once did he talk over us, or not have an answer to any of our questions. He is excellent at what he does, and puts a much needed empathetic personal touch in with his customers. Filipe was always there to make sure we were ok, and to the end was extremely attentive, reliable, and professional. I would highly recommend him to ensure your needs are met, questions are answered, and to have an overall positive and calm experience purchasing a new vehicle. STOLEN VEHICLE I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee STOLEN from RENFREW CHRYSLER. I was supposed to be getting the drive shaft replaced in my jeep, I received a phone call a I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee STOLEN from RENFREW CHRYSLER. I was supposed to be getting the drive shaft replaced in my jeep, I received a phone call asking if i had picked up already because they couldn't find my keys. I found this strange told them no i had not. I received another phone call two days later saying that they still had not found my keys and they looked on the lot and my jeep was GONE. I was told that someone must have came back into the service area grabbed my keys and stole my jeep. They have no idea when or how this could have happened. I was not offered a vehicle to use in mean time or even received an apology NOTHING. The following day I went into the dealership to try and get some further explanation. Rightfully so i was upset but not yelling and I was given attitude by a defensive service person. Basically telling me he remember hanging up the keys then all of a sudden they were gone. I am still in disbelief that my jeep was stolen and astonished by the lack of any ownership for letting my jeep get stolen off their lot. I still have not received any sort apology or anything from anyone here, no call from management NOTHING. Im writing this review in the hopes that this never happens to anyone else ever again. More
