No integrity Very disappointed. Thought I was dealing with an establishments that dealt with honesty and integrity. Such is not the case. Bought a used 2016 cara Very disappointed. Thought I was dealing with an establishments that dealt with honesty and integrity. Such is not the case. Bought a used 2016 caravanwith 18,000 km. Car proof said everything good. Had car three days. Found that the car proof was not true. Many things wrong with vehicle when checked out. Contacted sales rep, he told us they had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Returned car and decision was made to buy a new one. The guarantee was for only the cost of the used van. After all discussion we lost approx $2000.00 onthepurchase of the used van. To me integrity means a satisfaction guaranteed all monies from used vehicle owned for 3 days should go towards purchase of new. Appears you get a good deal and they get a good deal more. Would not recommend this dealer. This is written without predujic. After receiving call from owner I now understand better as to how the caroroof etc works. I in no way was saying that they falsified any info regarding the car proof. The owner has told me he will look into the matter re the condition of the used car. I find it very responsive for an owner to call a buyer and discuss the problems. Want to say thanks for taking the time to discuss our situation. Jonathan was outstanding the second time I went in and did not pressure us at all. He was knowledgeable and basically spent all afternoon helping me decide. Because of his service and how comfortable we were dealing with Jonathan, we were able to find my perfect vehicle! I am grateful it was Jonathan assisting us that day as it turned my experience around with this dealership. More

EVER CHANGING OFFERS Was dealing on a 2016 CHALLENGER SRT 392 with the trade in of my Ram via mainly text as I am from out of town. Had a best offer @ $360.00 B/W all in Was dealing on a 2016 CHALLENGER SRT 392 with the trade in of my Ram via mainly text as I am from out of town. Had a best offer @ $360.00 B/W all in - out the door as per Brent. I was trying to squeeze them a bit on the price when I was advised that it was sold. 2 days later we were in contact again as the other buyer backed out. Now they wanted $387.00 B/W - I reminded them of the 360 offer already on the table and that I would like to see it @ 350 B/W. After some more back and forth they came back @ $350 B/W + $6700 down payment. I explained that the difference between 350 (I was looking for) and the 360(they originally offered) is approx $2080 over the term and not the $6700.00 they were asking for. I was then told that there was no way they could do anywhere near the $360.00 now as they added 3M and detailed the car. Considered contacting the GM to rectify / mediate but not so certain it is worth any more of my time. It seems they never would have honored the offer in person anyways - likely best I save the trip and fuel. Seems I may not have been fair directing this review at the sales person Brent only - likely the sales managers were giving direction on how to proceed. I generally don't give bad reviews - I just don't go back. Anyways - moving on to a different dealer and a different car. More
Outstanding customer service Four years ago I bought a new truck at Renfrew. I was recently looking at my truck bill and noticed an error. I thought I had been overcharged so I went to Renfrew to discuss it. It turned out that someone had neglected to copy one line from the computer when they wrote up my bill. The total I had paid was indeed the correct amount, the bill just didn't show one figure. HOWEVER - even though there was no real error, just an omission AND it had been four years before I even noticed it, the staff at Renfrew went out of their way to deal with the problem AND gave me compensation! THAT'S WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! (And, by the way, I love my truck!) More
