Taking Advantage I was looking to trade my Range Rover evoque last november 2017, one guy from this dealership called me i forgot the name, they offered me a jeep comp I was looking to trade my Range Rover evoque last november 2017, one guy from this dealership called me i forgot the name, they offered me a jeep compass and signed the yellow paper that night in instant, main reason for me is to cut down my high biweekly to by all means a lower one but i figured out that the jeep compass year 2018 is more expensive than my range rover 2014, i had the jeep for 2 days, not even regustered under my name and no insurance, and i ask them again to offer me a cheaper one, so i go back to them and thwy offered me a grand caravan 2017, and cash back and because i needed money to cover my expenses for my grandparenrs hospitalization i grabbed it. But in instant they let me signed the yellow paper and didnt gave me the copy from the first transaction and they put the price of the jeep to the total which i only realized today, i am paying negative equities from a car that i never bought and it was never regustered under my name. I know i am wrong in this situation but i think that they took advantage of me being a less knowledgeable person in this feild. Now i owe 6700 to a basic grand caravan compared to my ra ge rover evoque. This van doesnt even have extended warranty on it super basic. When i emailed the department for possible trade again they answered so fast but when i emailed them about this thoughtz nobody wants to answer. Thats why i thought something is really going wrong. Pls help me i dont want to get drown into so much debt. More

Arthur was excellent! I contacted the dealership wanting to trade in my current car for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had an offer on the car from an Edmonton dealership an I contacted the dealership wanting to trade in my current car for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had an offer on the car from an Edmonton dealership and asked if they could match it. Arthur matched it and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted. I was debating between two similar models but decided to go for the one with no sunroof. Arthur had told me they were both the same minus the sunroof. I am not disappointed in my purchase, but wished that he knew the jeep I was sold didn't have heated seats or steering as I was lead to believe. It is my own fault for not questioning if those features were in both vehicles. I will give him the benefit of the doubt it is difficult to tell if the jeep has those features as they are controls through the display panel. My husband was interest in the new 2019 Rams coming out and considering they didn't have any on the lot yet, Arthur was quite knoledabgle. (Truth be told they both ignored me for about 5 minutes as they were knee deep talking about the features). It has been about a month or so since I bought my vehicle and Arthur went out of his way to send me a text with a photo of a New 2019 Ram they just recieved in. It was nice to know he made a point to remembering and listening to the conversations we had during our visit to the dealership. Arthur was not pushy and listened which was relieving and unexpected from past expierences shopping for vehicles with my husband. I am pleased with the services he provided me with. More
