We usually find car buying very stressful, and just do it with the thought of getting it over with. We were luckily paired with one of the best/nicest salesmen we have ever dealt with, Kevin MacDuff. He was not pushy or slick, he was someone you'd want to be friends with. We told him what we wanted and expected and we found him to be extremely informative and helpful, and we didn't feel like we were being ripped off. Even my husband 'enjoyed' this experience, and he never likes it! From Kevin to Kane Smith who dealt with us in finance, the entire experience was so positive and I can't say enough about dealing with Renfrew Chrysler. It was our first time here but we will definitely be back, and I can't recommend them highly enough. More

Total ripoff I went to renfrew a year ago when month of the ram was going on. 25 percent off. I bought a ram bighorn , it was listed for 58000, and was told I was getting it for 44000, I always thought that my payment was a bit high but chalked it up to a higher interest rate, and being a bit upside down on my grand Cherokee trade in. I really should have looked into this more. I took my ram to tower Chrysler tonight to see what I could get for a trade, I was looking for something smaller, easier on gas. I was told I still owe 48000 on this truck and I paid 54000 for it, I almost fainted, I got so ripped off by these guys. When i bought the truck from Henry at renfrew I asked for a copy of the contract, he said they email them and that I should receive it soon. It never arrived, and now I know why, the day before I picked up the truck from Henry he said I needed to put down 800 dollars because something JUST came up, can't remember what it was! Chris was very patient and kind and super enthusiastic. I’m sure I asked him a million questions and wavered between a number of choices for at least 10 days before deciding. He stuck in there with me and my indecisiveness all the way. He made my shopping a pleasant experience and even filled my car with balloons and hand drawn notes of congratulations when I finally decided. If you want an enthusiastic and knowledgeable sails guy he is your man. PS ... I wish the service department had washed the car so it was nice and shiny when I picked it up!! BUT Chris gave me an IOU for a detailing down the road. More
