I came to see some Jeeps as a result of research into vehi To be honest, I didn't think I would be a JEEP buyer until I experienced the new Cherokee. I came to see some Jeeps as a result of research into vehicles that towed well behind a motorhome. For the past number of years I've driven higher end European automobiles, and I didn't actually expect Jeep to measure up. To my surprise I was wrong - very wrong as my test drive and subsequent ownership has proven. I am really enjoying my new vehicle - a Jeep Cherokee Limited and keep discovering additional well thought out features that surprise and delight me. And, in addition to all the sophisticated and luxury features at a significantly better price I also get some real off road capability. Cool! I would also add that the buying experience with Dan at Renfrew was pleasant, straightforward, and very service oriented. They had my new vehicle ready for me in less than 2 days even though I requested an after market hitch that required them to take the vehicle to a different shop. And when there was a small issue with the hitch shop's work Dan himself drove out to meet me at the hitch shop to make sure that the issue was dealt with and I was inconvenienced as little as possible. Excellent Service Let me be clear. I do not own a Chrysler product. The car I have is a 2013 Dodge Journey that is provided to me by my employer. I had it service at Let me be clear. I do not own a Chrysler product. The car I have is a 2013 Dodge Journey that is provided to me by my employer. I had it service at 2 Chrysler dealers before finding Renfrew. The "other guys" were did not seem to understand that customer service means you actually serve the customer. I went to Renfrew when some intermittent issues with the car's electronics developed. I've been in the electronics industry doing design and development for many years and I know how difficult it can be to fix intermittent problems. I gave Renfrew a detailed description of the problems and left the vehicle with them. They serviced it under warranty. I got a detailed description of the steps the technician took to resolve the problems. Since then, I am very happy to say, the problems have not reoccurred. Kudos! Many dealer ignore the customer's descriptions of issues and/or the technicians simply don't try to fix anything intermittent. I highly recommend Renfrew. I've returned there several times since and had quality service every time. More

Poorest representation of Jeep, possible. Bought my Jeep used, with 40000km on it. The next day service engine light. Took to Chrysler where they kept it for nearly 3 months... Engine swap, ne Bought my Jeep used, with 40000km on it. The next day service engine light. Took to Chrysler where they kept it for nearly 3 months... Engine swap, new EGR. New e-brake. Delivered with water and mud in the interior. Gave me a redundant warranty to bandaid remedy. Nearly a year later, looking at a new engine, massive oil leaks, speedometer is off, steering wheel falling off, clutch slave cylinder is gone... fuel and oil consumption issues! Nothing but a headache from day one. WILL NEVER RETURN. Service advisors are friendly and polite. Thats the only positive from my interaction with them. Will Recommend all dealerships before this one. Extremely unhappy More
