VERY Pushy! I had gone with my parents to help them look for a new SUV. We thought about checking out Renfrew because my mom's sister had gotten a brand new Jeep I had gone with my parents to help them look for a new SUV. We thought about checking out Renfrew because my mom's sister had gotten a brand new Jeep Sport for a really good deal and she seemed to like dealing with Renfrew. Upon walking in we were greeted by Robert who we started asking question about cost on some suv's my parents liked. We took a Jeep Sport for a test drive and the Sales person came with us, which was okay. When we got back to the dealership it was right to business cost financing etc. All this was okay, but when my parents said they weren't ready to commit as they wanted to look at other vehicles Robert went and got Patrick a Manager involved and started offering us 2 tickets to Vegas, anything off the silent auction table, I had walked away for a min to make a personal call and came back to find out now its $200 referral for me, $200 referral for my moms sister, they added an extra 2 tickets to Vegas, a TV and anything off the raffle table. I could notice my parents getting angry and unhappy with presume of 2 sales people at them who would not just accept they wanted to look at other options. Within 24hrs we got a call from Robert asking if we had decided, I think its great he followed up but gave us exactly 24hrs from the time we left to the next day. More
