The team has changed Ok so i bought almost a year ago from renfrew and i swore that i would never again step foot there. I emailed last week regarding a deal that was don Ok so i bought almost a year ago from renfrew and i swore that i would never again step foot there. I emailed last week regarding a deal that was done almost a year ago and i got a call back from their NEW GM. I went in on Wednsday after work hesitant and left optimistic. I dealt with a sales crew last year that wasnt their own and had a horrible experience. This time i dealt with Ben Sanders and Tony, They explained where the last deal went wrong and told me they would help me and boy did they. They went above and beyond to ensure i was happy , which i am. Thanks guys and way to spin it 360 degrees from last experience. More

My Husband went back 5 weeks later and also purchased the same model as my daughter. Once again we put a deal together with Robert Campbell. He really went the extra mile returning calls back and forth up till 9:30pm.We would recommend Robert to anyone. We drove right from the south end of the city to the North just to deal with Robert. My experience buying a new car, at Renfrew chrylser I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee sport 4x4 from Renfrew chrylser, My salesman name was Dan MacAulay and let me tell you I was a little afraid that I'd b I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee sport 4x4 from Renfrew chrylser, My salesman name was Dan MacAulay and let me tell you I was a little afraid that I'd be taken advantage of, because I'm a single woman and I really didn't know a whole lot about buying cars, but Dan was fantastic and I would definitely recommend Renfrew chrylser and Dan if you ever want to go buy a new car. Dan treated me very well. So go to Renfrew chrylser if you want to be treated well and ask for Dan MacAulay if you don't care how you're treated than go somewhere else. The finance manager Kyle Clarke is also very good at his job and knows what he's doing. They are all very friendly and enthusiastic people and make you feel comfortable. Awesome customer service I have dealt with places before and been servered.. But Ben sanders from Renfrew has over the top customer service and is awesome to deal with.
