Steve was so patient and promptly answered my MANY questions - giving me a TON of helpful advice. The thing that really stood out to me (aside from all of this) was that YEARS after that purchase, Steve is still there for me any time I have a question or issue. He responds so quickly and always finds a way to help. The service department there is fantastic too – I am so happy with them, they’ve all been great to deal with (including the shuttle drivers). I recommend Steve to anyone and plan to purchase my next vehicle from him (and have it serviced by the team at Renfrew too)! More

Tony cares about his clients is not just about the sale,very great service even after the sale was done. He had my vehicle delivered right to my front door step. The delivery men he sent were very nice as well and were at my house in a timely manor.The only issue i had was a minor hiccup with stryder(financing manager). He forgot to sign my bill of sale which caused me to not be able to register my vehicle right away. But he did also get the problem fixed within the day. I would reccomend dealing with tony. More

Some minor issues fixed rapidly with no stress to me I purchased a used 2013 Escape from Renfrew Chrysler, and there was a couple of things that were to be addressed that were not done when i picked up m I purchased a used 2013 Escape from Renfrew Chrysler, and there was a couple of things that were to be addressed that were not done when i picked up my car. I brought it back 2 days later, and they looked after everything virtually on the spot. The only issue that couldn't be fixed there was fixed a couple days later at a shop that specializes in the installation of backup cameras. My vehicle was advertised with one, but it did not have it. Renfrew stepped up to the bat and not only paid for the backup camera system, but covered the difference between the originally planned display and the one i wanted (approx $100 more). They are a great company, and Evan is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. Richard More

So Mike showed us some more options and we took a test drive. Mike asked why we were hesitant and when we told him he offered some incentives, asked exactly what we wanted out of the deal and then petitioned his boss on our behalf. He did a great job of listening to what we were looking for in a vehicle and the extras we wanted thrown in. Answered all our questions and saw us through the purchase from start to finish. Best dealership in Calgary, thank you guys! I was looking for a car for about 2 weeks, driving around dealerships and was looking for best deal. I did not feel any problem when I dive my 2008 jeep liberty in saskatoon and I drive it cross province to Calgary, I understand the car needs pass the inspection for safe drive in AB, But what I mean is the service, the service man is not on his phone during the work hours. the main issue is they get money from labor fee, they delay time for more labor fee. I see most of five stars is new buyer, the good service is not when you buy a car from them, it is when you get service from them. More
