What we appreciated about him included his knowledge of the vehicle, his efficiency in completing the sales process, his friendly but no-pressure style, and his openness and honesty. We were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff we met at Renfrew, from the receptionist to the finance manager, and would highly recommend this dealership to any car buyer.
