I was told I would have a full tank of gas upon pick up it was only 3/4 full it may be a small thing but it mattered to me. And I was also told it would be like brand new and there was still dog hair in it and wasn't as clean as I felt it should have been. And lastly I contacted him through text cuz the air conditioning isn't working properly and I am not sure if they are responsible to look at it or if it was up to me and he never replied. scamming and stealing deposit from innocent people. I went to purchase a used vehicle. They said I have to put deposit of $500 in order to check if I can qualify to get the vehicle at a rate of 5.99%. a I went to purchase a used vehicle. They said I have to put deposit of $500 in order to check if I can qualify to get the vehicle at a rate of 5.99%. and the deposit will be returned if they cannot get me the financing rates. They called me saying my credit is not good, I have to get somebody else to cosign with me. I told them I cant find anyone to do that for me please cancel my financing and return my deposit. and 2 days after Ben Sanders calls me to say I was approved and I can go pick up my car. upon arrival they said its ready to picked up by us and when we asked him how much the interest is, he said 13%. I was so shocked that he hide that information from us. and his reasoning was that since I don't have a good credit rating that's all he can find but failed to mention that. We asked him to cancel and return our money, and he said the money will be refunded the next day. instead I receive a call from another agent claiming that he can find another one for us. and doesn't want to give me details of financing he got me. Never give deposit its a scam to get your money, and they don't intend to return it back when the financing or what they promised don't work. I will not stop until I get my money back or the said car for the financing agreed on. I cant believe this can happen at a dealership. More

I have been at many dealerships and have found that not many of them were able to negotiate much on their asking price especially Ford or Chevrolet/GMC. By sure luck I happened to see a 2014 Dodge RAM listed by Renfrew Chrysler on Kijiji and met with Mike Grimes a the dealership Mike was very informative and gave me options on a number of vehicles. After a series of negotiations which include the sales manager JoelGraftaas we were able to conclude a sale at a very agreeable price. Not only was it done with both interests they filled the truck up which we agreed it did not need to be done but gave us a trip for 2 with 3 different locations offered. A follow up call was made to ensure I was happy with the truck. The dealership has many used and new vehicles and offers a selection that would fit any persons wishes.Their prices are competitive and the service was next to none. I consider them the best kept secret in town and they should do a lot more advertising. I now know why they have been in business for 80 years and will continue to serve their clients well. More

Yesterday I went back to see if things had changed. To my amazement most of the staff have changed since then, and the dealership now has a very welcoming atmosphere. I have to shout out to Mike in Used Cars, and the other guys working in the Used cars. Very respectful, honest and friendly bunch of guys. Mike Sold me a Spectacular Dodge Journey, gave me a tour of the Revived dealership, and introduced me to the staff in the key departments I would now be dealing with, such as parts and service. He was very respectful, calm and collected. Knew the answers without hesitation and came all the way out to the far end of the lot to see I was helped. Really a stand up guy. Thanks. Also a big thanks to Kyle Clarke in Finance, going the extra mile to get me the loan terms I wanted. Very approachable and friendly fella. Uncommon in dealer finance departments these days.
