MVP has to go to Nigel for all the outstanding service he provided on the finance side - I was trepidacious to initially tackle a new vehicle with financing and new interest rates - however not only did he find me a better model truck then what I was driving with a massively lower interest rate - he also put me in touch with an insurance provider that was cheaper - but provided far more coverage - then my existing insurance provider did. Simply put I received fantastic value for less money - a excellent return on investment. When the time comes to look to upgrade again there will be no doubt I will be going back to Renfrew Chrysler. Renfrew is where you should go I traded in a 2013 for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dan the sales rep knew to reach out to let me know another demo was for sale. We went in to see him and learned about all that was different between the the 2013 and 2015. Dan is very knowledgeable. We had to make a trade. The team in finance led by Stryder was effective and efficient. We were out the door within the time it took to have a coffee. They took care of my admin with the banks and even processed the registration. Awesome. This is my fourth Jeep and second from Renfrew. I will buy the fifth there too.
