We went in to see him and learned about all that was different between the the 2013 and 2015. Dan is very knowledgeable. We had to make a trade. The team in finance led by Stryder was effective and efficient. We were out the door within the time it took to have a coffee. They took care of my admin with the banks and even processed the registration. Awesome. This is my fourth Jeep and second from Renfrew. I will buy the fifth there too. Steve was so patient and promptly answered my MANY questions - giving me a TON of helpful advice. The thing that really stood out to me (aside from all of this) was that YEARS after that purchase, Steve is still there for me any time I have a question or issue. He responds so quickly and always finds a way to help. The service department there is fantastic too – I am so happy with them, they’ve all been great to deal with (including the shuttle drivers). Tony cares about his clients is not just about the sale,very great service even after the sale was done. He had my vehicle delivered right to my front door step. The delivery men he sent were very nice as well and were at my house in a timely manor.The only issue i had was a minor hiccup with stryder(financing manager). He forgot to sign my bill of sale which caused me to not be able to register my vehicle right away. But he did also get the problem fixed within the day. I would reccomend dealing with tony. More

Some minor issues fixed rapidly with no stress to me I purchased a used 2013 Escape from Renfrew Chrysler, and there was a couple of things that were to be addressed that were not done when i picked up m I purchased a used 2013 Escape from Renfrew Chrysler, and there was a couple of things that were to be addressed that were not done when i picked up my car. I brought it back 2 days later, and they looked after everything virtually on the spot. The only issue that couldn't be fixed there was fixed a couple days later at a shop that specializes in the installation of backup cameras. My vehicle was advertised with one, but it did not have it. Renfrew stepped up to the bat and not only paid for the backup camera system, but covered the difference between the originally planned display and the one i wanted (approx $100 more). They are a great company, and Evan is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. Richard More

Great customer service! Mike was a great help to us! We went over to Renfrew to view a specific vehicle we had found on Kijiji but when we got there another customer was look Mike was a great help to us! We went over to Renfrew to view a specific vehicle we had found on Kijiji but when we got there another customer was looking at it and taking it for a test drive. So Mike showed us some more options and we took a test drive. Mike asked why we were hesitant and when we told him he offered some incentives, asked exactly what we wanted out of the deal and then petitioned his boss on our behalf. He did a great job of listening to what we were looking for in a vehicle and the extras we wanted thrown in. Answered all our questions and saw us through the purchase from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Mike and the dealership. All the staff was very friendly and helpful! More
