Good used vehicle selection, prices and sales people We just bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan from Renfrew Chrysler. Initially, we weren't sure if we should go with a minivan or an SUV, so we went to se We just bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan from Renfrew Chrysler. Initially, we weren't sure if we should go with a minivan or an SUV, so we went to several different dealerships looking for answers. After being disappointed time and time again by us (the customer) knowing more than the sales people, it was a pleasure to finally speak to someone who actually knows the product they are selling! Brent answered all our questions and spent the time explaining everything to us until WE were satisfied. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. After a few test drives and a LOT of questions (on our part), we found the specific one we wanted. We had a few minor minor concerns, but they said they would take care of everything. We negotiated on a good price and made the deal. We left the car in their care to fix up those few things. The sales team called us periodically to follow-up and let us know the status. It took a few days longer than we anticipated, but in the end they took care of everything we asked for (and then some). We were very happy with the results. Over all it was a great experience and we feel like we got the perfect vehicle for a good deal. We would definitely recommend Renfrew, Brent and the Dodge Grand Caravan to anyone else thinking of buying a used car! More

MVP has to go to Nigel for all the outstanding service he provided on the finance side - I was trepidacious to initially tackle a new vehicle with financing and new interest rates - however not only did he find me a better model truck then what I was driving with a massively lower interest rate - he also put me in touch with an insurance provider that was cheaper - but provided far more coverage - then my existing insurance provider did. Simply put I received fantastic value for less money - a excellent return on investment. When the time comes to look to upgrade again there will be no doubt I will be going back to Renfrew Chrysler.
