STOLEN VEHICLE I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee STOLEN from RENFREW CHRYSLER. I was supposed to be getting the drive shaft replaced in my jeep, I received a phone call a I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee STOLEN from RENFREW CHRYSLER. I was supposed to be getting the drive shaft replaced in my jeep, I received a phone call asking if i had picked up already because they couldn't find my keys. I found this strange told them no i had not. I received another phone call two days later saying that they still had not found my keys and they looked on the lot and my jeep was GONE. I was told that someone must have came back into the service area grabbed my keys and stole my jeep. They have no idea when or how this could have happened. I was not offered a vehicle to use in mean time or even received an apology NOTHING. The following day I went into the dealership to try and get some further explanation. Rightfully so i was upset but not yelling and I was given attitude by a defensive service person. Basically telling me he remember hanging up the keys then all of a sudden they were gone. I am still in disbelief that my jeep was stolen and astonished by the lack of any ownership for letting my jeep get stolen off their lot. I still have not received any sort apology or anything from anyone here, no call from management NOTHING. Im writing this review in the hopes that this never happens to anyone else ever again. More

By far one of the best! I believe that when your a good person , good things / people come to you. I walked in and he was there helping me from start to finish and I was extremely happy walking out of that dealership. Calling me asking me about my jeep keeping up to date incase I had any problems and that's what I think a good salesman should be. Someone you can talk to if you have any concerns.
