Take the money, shift then blame I bought my car in March (not new) and had it serviced at Renfrew. I travel on muddy roads and I paid them to power wash the undercarriage. After the second time I had them replace the brakes and they charge me $1,800 for a complete brake job. I go the car dirty again and told them that after I picked it up the brakes were making noise (not happening before). They blamed it on the dirt and said it was okay, which it was not. I took it back in and the hosed it of again saying dirt was the problem. Finally I told them it was their last chance to fix a problem that started after the brake job (no issues before, even on the same roads) and they told me that I had abused my car, there was dirt packed in the brakes (the day after I paid them $200 to wash it) and that I did not take good care of my vehicle. Not impressed, not returning. More

Every time I took it in for any time of work their was a problem. Took it in for a simple oil change, came back 45 min later to be told " we just started, we bumped you cause someone came in and they were in a really big hurry!" Took in over and over to try to get things fixed under warranty, but they couldn't find anything, till right when the warranty ran out. Convenient. Call head office to see if they could do anything, to where I was told "no we can't help you with that, but we can sell you a new one!" Why in the world would I buy anything from Chrysler again, when the service department is garbage, and they don't stand behind your vehicles?! You tell me there isn't anything you can do, when in actually, you're the only ones that can do something about it. But no, I just get the run around. Maybe the people that couldn't find the problem while it was under warranty, should come in on their own time and fix it for not doing their jobs in the first place. So don't buy from here, if any Chrysler dealership, as I went to more than one, and they all suck equally, and it's not like head office will back it up. If they gave me a new Jeep tomorrow, I would trade it off on a Ford or Chevy as the point of a new vehicle is the warranty, and a warranty is only as good the service department is, so their warranty is only useful in the bathroom for toilet paper. More

Outrageous!!! Worst mistake of my life, bought a jeep compass last May had problems since day one, got totally ripped off of the price was all total 21000, when all Worst mistake of my life, bought a jeep compass last May had problems since day one, got totally ripped off of the price was all total 21000, when all said and done it took me 4 months to get the contract through the bank it was 27000 they jacket it up without my knowledge. I now own a broke down 2015 jeep that runs like a tank, eats gas like an 8 cylinder and now cannot pay to repair it, so it goes back to the bank ( ruining my frail credit) and I'm without a vehicle. My job requires a safe reliable car, I could not take it on the highway as it's performance is horrible and unsafe. Now that they destroyed my job, and home and health and wellness guess their happy!!! I hope I am their last victim! More

After working in the service industry for as many years as I have, I can not understand how they manage to retain any clients. The sales staff stop caring the minute the deal has gone through, and the service staff do not follow through with the requested work. During my pre purchase test drive, the truck had a large vibration. The deal went through pending a 2nd inspection. My salesmen advised me that the vibration was caused by unequal pressure in the tires... As I'm driving home form the dealership I can feel the vibration getting stronger and stronger. Upon pulling over I find all of my lug nuts backed off. For something this serious and dangerous you would not believe the lack of response from the management team. However years after my purchase they continue to harass me with phone calls and mail asking me to trade in with them. Despite numerous requests to remove me from their customer list, they continue to harass like a crazy ex girlfriend... If Renfrew was the last Ram dealer in Western Canada they would still not see a dime from me. More
