NEVER GO HERE! If this could be no stars, it would. Thier need for getting your car in for every non-essential, upsale of services is ridiculous. I was told by Sarah at 26000kms that my brake fluid was bad, need for getting your car in for every non-essential, upsale of services is ridiculous. I was told by Sarah at 26000kms that my brake fluid was bad, it needed flushing. I disagreed, it wasn't even 2yrs old. I get my oil change & inspection by someone else and no mention of the brakes. I went to them again for my remote starter and Brian insisted that it was part of the maintenance schedule. Brian even lied and told me it was in the book. I realized my book was at home but I asked him to show me and he fed me stat after fact of xxxxxxxx to then only show me a set of asterisks on the computer that referred to the spark plugs being time sensitive. As if to say the asterisks ment what he was referring to. Babbled more about not steering me wrong but it's my choice. It's about safety.....on n on. I fell for it and agreed. I shuttled home to read my manual cover to cover to find out there is no such schedule. I called my husband to see what he thought and was told it was a scam. I tried to call them to say stop the brake fluid service but he told me that it was already up and there was nothing he could do. My husband called and they took down. Brian then called me to see if he could continue and I said no. Finish the alignment and the remote starter. NOT THE BRAKE FLUID. I wanted a second opinion. He then calls me to say my differential fluid was dark and if that goes it would cost 6000.00. Also my battery needed replacing but that was under warranty. I told him no way, I would get it checked with my second opinion. I went to pick it up to find that he did a brake service and apparently put in a new battery. Ummm, why would you do a brake service if I didn't want the brake fluid done, I wanted a second opinion remember??!!! He said that I said not to do the fluid, nothing about the service...when I said the service is NO WHERE IN THE BOOK he tried to backpedal and say "no, I was talking about the renagade". Nice try! what a slimy guy. LITERALLY! So I took it to a friend of the family who lives an hour away and owns a shop himself. My mechanic said that all my fluids are fine and there was NO NEW BATTERY PUT IN. This service department should be ashamed of themselves. How can you sleep at night? NEVER USE THIER SERVICE More

I was met by Dean Alsen (Service Advisor) and the royal treatment started with a hand shake. Dean's an extraordinary kind of person, that is, he exceeds being polite, cordial, informative, patient, sets customer expectations and keeps provides current status, along with next steps. I ended up having some manifold work done on my truck which is costly at the best of times. I have never felt so at ease and pleased with the results of the work done and the person who walked me through from start to finish,... and the final price was even less than the estimate. Dealers don't always get a fair shake from the public, Renfrew Chrysler deserves all the kudo's it can get if they keep employing people like Dean. More

Great experience buying my first wrangler ! I found the cleanest 2016 wrangler sport in the city here and I love this rig . The purchase experience was great , no pressure and very relaxed. My sales rep Greg let me take the Jeep home for an over night test drive to make sure the car would fit my needs , which is so much better than the 10 minute test drive and pressure sale pitch I got at other dealers .Greg even came in on his Friday off to finalize the deal with a pick up from the train station to boot! If your looking for a pre owned at Renfrew be sure to ask for Greg , also a special shout out to Kathrine in the finance office ! Both of these people were great at there jobs and super relatable. False & incomplete information with held Renfrew did not gather all the warranty information on the used vehicle we bought in Sept 2018. Based on the information they gave us we purchased ad Renfrew did not gather all the warranty information on the used vehicle we bought in Sept 2018. Based on the information they gave us we purchased additional extended warranty to cover the truck to 120,000 km as the 3 year warranty was almost up. In Feb 2019 we were in need of some service work and had to take it to a different dealer. As soon as they put the VIN # into their computer it showed that there was an Gold Plus extended warranty already on this vehicle from the previous owner and was transferrable to us. It covered everything till 160,000 kms. We had it transferred over then called the Finance Manager at Renfrew aand asked for our money back on their warranty plan. He gave me lots of reasons why they don't gather all the information about every vehicle. Basically, it saves them money. Renfrew offered us a further extended warranty that would now bump our warranty to 200,000 km. Stefan Piechocki was to send us a copy of the warranty certificate but haven't seen it yet. Called their service department on Sept 9th and they show nothing in their system. Got forwarded to the Director of Finance (Catherine) and left her a message. Have heard nothing from her at all as of todays date. Renfrew also missed that this vehicle was an out of province vehicle but the registry office did so we had to drive it back to them to do the full inspection. They are definitely computer challenged as no one seems to operate them to there full capability. Can not recommend these slime xxxxx to anyone. They have no ethics. More
