Spent $1700 on winter tires. Brought car in at 10 am. Promised at 3 pm. Called at 2:45 pm. Car still in queue. Finally got car at 5 pm. Summer tires wrapped but all wet and Brought car in at 10 am. You would think being in shop all day they would be dry. What do I do now. I need to unwrap them and let dry out so they don’t get all rusty. I’m not able to do that. I have movers coming to transport my belongings next week and they won’t take wet items in the moving van. You need to fix this for me. And I can’t bring them back. I paid someone to pick them up for me, I need them dry for moving and also to be sure they don’t rust in a wet dirty bag until spring. Please help me. Carolyn Lang More

Sales experience was positive. The service has been terrible. We’ve had our 2024 pilot’s driver side window have issues going back up (sometimes takes 5 minutes to come up and cl The service has been terrible. We’ve had our 2024 pilot’s driver side window have issues going back up (sometimes takes 5 minutes to come up and close) since Feb. 2024. It’s the end of December 2024…we’ve had it in to the dealership to be fixed 3 times and the problem is never fixed…something else always needs to be ordered (then back ordered) which never fixes the problem. It’s still not fixed and we have to wait for another part. Each time we’ve brought it in we’ve had to leave the vehicle all day in the shop (we live 2 hours away so getting our vehicle into the shop is not just a drop off while we’re at work). Communication about arrival of parts has been none existent unless I keep phoning to check if they are in. After weeks of calling and multiple messages left, I finally got ahold of the service manager who was understanding and seemed to want to help helpful before this least service visit on December 30th. Nothing was able to be fixed again and I have been told that the new part they think that will be needed to fix the window issue can be sent to a closer dealership to resolve the issue. I hope the fourth time is the charm. Have been super happy with our honda purchases these last 30 years, but I won’t be coming back to Regina Honda for any service moving forward. More

When phoned to see if CRV was ready the 1st time there was no answer, the 2nd time I was forwarded to Service Desk then got disconnected, 3rd time I called someone at the Service desk asked who booked it was no answer, the 2nd time I was forwarded to Service Desk then got disconnected, 3rd time I called someone at the Service desk asked who booked it in and he said he’s transferring me and her voice mail said she was busy and to leave a message then it told me a the mailbox was full? Also still waiting to hear back from Honda Canada from emails going back and forth and the last one I sent on Dec 13 and Still waiting for a reply, do u think I’ll get a reply? More
