Regina Honda

It was time for a new vehicle but the two important things that I did know was it should have great fuel mileage/hybrid and be FUN to drive. My husband and I decided to look at Honda and as we came through the doors, we were greeted by one of your Sales Team members, Max Ginzburg. As we spoke with Max, we liked him right away. He started by finding out what I wanted in a car. I never felt any pressure as he showed us the CIVIC Hybrid and I always have been impressed with the Civics. He was very patient and came with us as I drove the car. He told us about the options in every model of the Civic hybrid and answered any questions we had. Once I drove it, I couldn’t seem to look any further. We never felt any pressure to purchase from Max, very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about any car we asked about and had a great sense of humor. Who would have thought buying a car would be this easy and so much fun. But there was a problem I wanted the Civic hybrid, white, sport, hatchback with leather and there wasn’t one in this dealership. We decided to order the car, but with uncertainty of the tariffs increasing the price by $6,000. - $8,000. would not be able to purchase this car. Max spoke with his manager, and they would look for one at other dealerships. He kept in contact with us never making us feel forgotten. When they found one, we were still hoping to order the car but with the tariffs looming we decided not to take the chance and accepted the one they found as it had everything, I had asked for with only a few very minor things. When my husband and I picked up the car it was beautiful, inside waiting for me and Max even used the bow to put on the car to take pictures. We had so much fun and are now huge fans of HONDA and tell everyone about our experience and will be sending customers his way. Our experience with your Financial Services-Sophia Wang was very efficient. She offered all the options, and we chose the ones I felt I required. In no time at all she had us out of her office off to get a license plate and one the road home.
