I just got my new car (2021) from Red Hill Toyota. I was helped by Marco Perrelli whom I highly recommend. There were fantastic at always being available to answer my questions and getting me my car within my time constraints with ease. Shout out to Debbie in accounting. She remembers me each time I am here and is so sweet, nice, and very good at her job. They are also doing an excellent job with their covid measures. I cannot recommend them, especially Marco and Debbie, enough. Definitely get your next car here! More

Great Service from Darcy Gerrior I just bought a 2020 Rav4 Limited at Red Hill Toyota. From the time I arrived until the time I left with my new car, Darcy Gerrior provided me with g I just bought a 2020 Rav4 Limited at Red Hill Toyota. From the time I arrived until the time I left with my new car, Darcy Gerrior provided me with great information about the Rav4. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. The Red Hill dealership also excelled in providing cleanliness and disinfecting from the time I arrived until the time I left. Disinfectants were available to customers at the front of the dealership to ensure sanitation to customers and staff. During my discussions with Darcy, he wore a mask and any time we went out to view cars, he applied sanitizer to his hands. He also wiped down my new car with disinfectant before I got it to drive it home. I rate all services provided by Darcy and Red Hill Toyota as EXCELLENT. More

Driving from Grimsby, I pulled into Burlington Toyota dealership hoping someone could help me as this was a safety issue and I was unable to drive to Mississauga. I was turned away as the 2 service advisors indicated there were no mechanics in. This was at 7:30 a.m. The 2 service advisors did not even take a look at the car to see if it was a simple fix. They said they couldn’t help me or do anything. I made the decision to circle back to my dealership, RedHill Toyota in Stoney Creek and although they were not open, the service advisor, Heather, at RedHill immediately was willing to help. I always receive 5 star service at RedHill Toyota. They care about Toyota owners and this is very much appreciated. Burlington Toyota you should be ashamed! What if this situation ended in an accident? You could have helped! Thank you RedHill Toyota and especially Heather for caring!!! More

Failed Vehicle Inspection In my previous review I praised Marco Perrelli for the service we received. Although he did talk the talk, the dealership did not walk the walk. As we are from the Province of New Brunswick and had to return our leased vehicle by early June, we purchased a used Dodge Journey from Red Hill Toyota. Before taking ownership of the vehicle I inquired about a shudder in the brake system and was informed that it was just the anti lock brake system kicking in. As I am not a mechanic, I believed Marco. We used the car sparingly in Ontario as we were staying with my daughter. Upon returning to New Brunswick we had to have our vehicle go through a N.B. Motor Vehicle Inspection. It failed because of the front brakes and pads not meeting safety standards. Red Hill would not accept any responsibility even though there were less than 4000 kms put on the vehicle. The company that inspected my car stated that the car was not road worthy because the rotors were very corroded and required replacement.. It should have been corrected before the vehicle left the shop. I spoke to both Marco and Jon Kirk about this problem and they stated their mechanic had passed the car before leaving. Jon stated that the car had 50% brake wear when I drove it off the lot and they would not accept any responsibility. Maybe they should have checked the rotors as well. More
