Purchased a used car from Marco. The tonneau cover bag was missing. Talked to Marko. He said it's a used car. What do I expect. He said he was going to look into getting a cover. The car I traded in had a tonneau cover & I had it opened & closed on a regular basis depending on what I was transporting. The tonneau cover versatility was very important to me. The next time I came in Marko was not there & I talked to the used car manager Jon who was very rude to me & said the same as Marko It's a used car. What do I expect. He even said he'll give me my money back if I return it. Like he really meant it. I wasn't complaining about the car. I am very pleased with the car. I got the feeling from both Marko & Jon, that once they sell a used car the buyer is on his own & not much of there concern anymore. I know a tonneau cover bag is a small item. I was very disappointed with their additude. I'm on a fixed income & I worked very hard for my money & a used car is a big investment for me. Not pleased with Jon's response. More
