My longtime sales rep made me so angry I cried...at work! I bought my first car from this dealership back when it was on Centennial Parkway. My sales person from the start has been Marco Perrelli, and my whole family has dealt with him and this dealership for well over a decade and have gone through many cars. I've always thought he had my best interests in mind until a few years ago when I leased my current and last car from him. My last interaction with him was disappointing, to say the least. When I was in for my last service, his appearance had changed for one...very disheveled and his attitude when he saw me was not his usual personable self. He looked less than thrilled to see me and it showed. I talked to him briefly while waiting for my car to be finished and told him that for my next vehicle I was looking at an upgrade from my Matrix to a Rav4 - he didn't offer to sit down with me, he didn't seem like he cared one way or another, but I let it go because I figured that maybe he was having a bad day and who doesn't have a bad day every now and then. About a month later, he sends me a text (while I was at work) to ask if I'm interested in trading in my current car because he has a customer who needs one just like mine because they had totaled theirs in an accident. I let him know that if he was willing to work something out for me then I would consider it. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him that last time I saw him I mentioned that the Rav was something I was looking for my next vehicle. Right off the bat he was rude and told me he was looking to get me into something comparable and that Rav wouldn't be. I was willing to consider numbers that he came to me with, but he basically didn't even ask that and said that if I wanted a deal for a Rav, I should talk to his manager. I was shocked! I told him that he was the one that contacted ME about MY vehicle, and not the other way around, and if he wanted me to consider trading my car in, then he should go to his manager to get the best deal for me. Why in the world would I do his job for him, so I can do him a favour?! I told him I was extremely disappointed in the way he was treating me and that my Matrix would be my last vehicle from him or this dealership, and I will be taking my service business elsewhere also. He basically responded with "I'm sorry you feel that way.", and left it at that! WOW....what a great way to treat a customer who has basically helped you build your reputation as a "great" sales rep. I guess that's the thanks you get for giving someone your business and referring family and friends to him over the last 15 years. After that service, I was sent an email to complete a customer satisfaction survey, which I did, and I wrote about how disgusted I was at how I was treated by Marco - no one ever contacted me. I got a call from the Service Department about a promotion, and I told the girl about the experience and that I said I didn't want to hear from this dealership again and she asked if she could pass along that I was upset and I told her yes. Again, no one contacted me. I guess some people can treat others however they want as long as they continue to do fairly well in their sales. Numbers must be what is important to this dealership...not people or business relationships. I've always given Red Hill Toyota and Marco outstanding scores in the customer service surveys in the past, but I will never set foot in there again, for anything. I am so done with Red Hill Toyota. Have bought 2 new vehicles from there in the past and they dont seem to want to take care of loyal customers I will never buy from this dealership again. long story short after getting the run around from both toyota canada and red hill toyota they decided not to cover a clock spring that is a recall on most other model 2007 tacomas, they made decision apparently barring on the fact that i service the vehicle at upper james toyota. The staff is very unprofessional Chris put all the burden on Linda and didnt have the time to call me . I would not recommend this dealership at all. More

Not even a drive in the parking lot or for someone to explain the SUVs interior. Very dead dealership no one looking cars only me and no one around. More

Our dogs seat belt was jammed in the buckle and they charged us $360 to replace the part and install. Plus they bent the piece that goes into the buckle and now I'm afraid to use it. They are the ones who bend the piece they should at least replace it, it wasn't that way when it went easily into the buckle. More

My sales perso Purchased a 2013 Toyota Venza Touring from Red Hill Toyota. From the price to the purchase I was pleased with the service I received. My sales person was Darcy Gerrior and along with him and his boss Gordon Tyrrell, they made my car purchase the best I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend buying a car here, you won't be disappointed. I would also like to mention Cori Smith from the service department who made all my visits very enjoyable. She works towards giving you the best price she can and everything is explained to you in great detail. Very friendly crew, thanks Red Hill Toyota... More
Worst experience with a dealership ever! I had purchased a brand new Scion FRS from this dealership back in May 2014. At first my experience was great! Friendly service, prompt attention to d I had purchased a brand new Scion FRS from this dealership back in May 2014. At first my experience was great! Friendly service, prompt attention to detail and the staff were very helpful with the process. At first, when I was told about the monthly payments and such, I was told about an promotional offer that would get me no payments for 90 days. I was happy with the offer so I signed the papers that day. I was then informed that the promotion was no longer available and there was nothing they could do about it. At that point I was ready to walk and go somewhere else. Then I was told told that I would get a set of winter tires and wheels with the deal. I figured that was a fair compromise. When winter was approaching, I had called the dealership and asked about when would be the best time to come in to get my wheels switched. They had no idea what I was talking about. I had explained to them that it was part of the lease agreement and they said there was nothing on file and it wasn't part of the contract. As excited as I was to hear about this news I figured I would go into the dealership and speak with a manager. Before I had even had a chance to get in, my car started to act up and almost stalled on me on the QEW and the engine light came on. I was on my home from work, so I called the dealership immediatley. When I spoke to the service department they told me I could maybe bring it in that day. I asked for a specific time and the person on the phone was extremley rude. As to my persistance (being Christmas season), they booked me in for 2pm. I brought the car in and explained to the service guy what the issue was. He then told me that he wished they didn't book me in on a Saturday because they like to take it easy. Really? He then told me he would try to get it in before the day is over. I had asked him to call me because I couldn't go without a car and if I need a rental, I would have to have that arranged. (reason why I got the Platinum warenty). After calling the dealership all afternoon trying to figure out what to do if the car would not be ready, he finally called me back at 5;30 to tell me that my car has four engine error codes and he has no idea what they mean. I then asked him what a bout a rental car for Monday (as I have to work), and he told me "I should call in sick"... Really? Is this place run by children? I am furious with this dealership and this situation. This is the worst customer service I have every had! I wished I would of stayed with Honda. I was with them for four years and it was the great experience. More
I bought a 4 year old Toyota Highlander from this dealership and have had nothing but trouble with it. I also purchased an extended warranty which covered some of the problems I had with the car but dealership and have had nothing but trouble with it. I also purchased an extended warranty which covered some of the problems I had with the car but not all. I had to fight to get the problems covered under the warranty each time I needed to use it.
