As a Calgary buyer purchasing a car from a Red Deer dealer, I had some butterflies about purchasing a car from a dealer unseen - I worried that somehow they would change the deal or add up charges. I was completely wrong to have any concern - the experience was awesome, everything was as we had talked on the phone and email, and the car is fantastic. Adam Fik (sales) and Leslie Morrison (finance) were exceptionally helpful, clear, and supportive (they both have a great sense of humour as well). They dealt with every one of my concerns and questions - all while patiently working me through the process (which was really simple). Adam when over and above what was requested. . . right down to the colour; and he did it all with a 24 hour deadline as I was leaving the province! I really liked the service Lisa Johnson and Tracey Gilbertson provided me. I was Lisa's first sale and I am glad I had her as a sales Rep. She was very friendly and down to earth.
