I have purchased two brand new vehicles from Scott Kia, the most recent being my 2010 Kia Forte Koup. Because they were all so awesome to deal with the first time, I thought it best to go back to them agai the most recent being my 2010 Kia Forte Koup. The staff at Scott Kia are all so friendly, caring, have the best advice for their customers and when I have to bring my vehicle in for any service or inspection appointments, they get the work done in a timely manner and always have the best advice when it comes to anything about my car. When I have questions they always get back to me ASAP and always go above and beyond from what any other dealership I have ever dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend Scott Kia to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle and needing a fabulous dealership to help them with both the purchase, as well as the service and friendly customer support. I have never had an issue with this dealership and I don't usually go to these websites to rate anyone but because of the service they extend to their customers, they are number one and definitely at the top of their game!!! We were looking for a vehicle that suited my husbands needs as a disabled person. We met Steve and he just seemed to know exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly and eager to answer questions. All employees presented a warm atmosphere and wanted to be helpful. Willing to consider negotiations and remained respectful throughout the process. Originally went in for a new vehicle, however due to circumstances we were not qualified. I was completely wrong to have any concern - the experience was awesome, everything was as we had talked on the phone and email, and the car is fantastic. Adam Fik (sales) and Leslie Morrison (finance) were exceptionally helpful, clear, and supportive (they both have a great sense of humour as well). They dealt with every one of my concerns and questions - all while patiently working me through the process (which was really simple). Adam when over and above what was requested. . . right down to the colour; and he did it all with a 24 hour deadline as I was leaving the province!
