The salesman was really friendly and new his product very well. The finance ladies did a good job and they were also very friendly. Donnie worked hard to find me some studded winter tires. The service was great, I had an excellent experience. No pushy sales people and they really know everything about the vehicles. Coming from a pontiac vibe I had terrible service and customer service, even j pushy sales people and they really know everything about the vehicles. Everything was great. Very friendly and extremley helpful. They did what they could to get the price in the range that I needed, to make the purchase possible. The people of the kia dealership have always done everything in their power to facilitate appointments for our Sorento, to do the little extra touch ups, ie) cart mark on side of car,conversation and everything in their power to facilitate appointments for our Sorento, to do the little extra touch ups, ie) cart mark on side of car,conversation and laughter, showing that you are more than a number, and appreciated. Going to a dealership is a chore in long list of todo's, however, going to this dealership is very fun and efficient, taking the sting out of the dreaded appointment. It is very clean, uncluttered, great tv viewing on different screens, colouring for kids, and a ride and pick up anywhere you may need to go. We purchased from Robert and Sam, financed with Leslie, and see Pete, Connie, and Donnie, regularily for this and that service. The mechanics are educated and proficient, a smile when they see you. All in all, I have gained some great friends in life by comming to this great place! This is one appointment I no longer dread. More
My whole experience so far with Scott Kia has been great. Right from my initial conversation with Roger then Adam and Tracey's aid in keeping me in the loop, the service was fantastic. I purchased a Sportage with a manual transmission and they had to work to find one that suited me but they pulled it off wonderfully. I'm anticipating great quality service in the years coming of owning this vehicle if the recent past is any indicator. More

Great experience! Staff were very helpful and were able to make things work for US. We traded in a vehicle and they offered more than other dealers to help get the deal done. Adam showed us vehicles within our price range, did NOT try to upsell. He was friendly, no pressured salesperson. The next day, I could not get my cell phone to connect to the bluetooth feature and he invited me to come by and he would do it for me. He was there, polite, friendly, patient and tried (unsuccessfully as it would turn out, it's broken) to connect my phone. When it was discovered it didn't work, he walked me to the parts department to make an appointment and assured me it was covered under warranty. Tracey was extremely friendly and helpful. She got our financing at a surprisingly lower rate than we had previously been offered at other car lots. She got all the paperwork done and in order quickly. Both Adam and Tracey have been extremely helpful during and after this sale. I have purchased a few vehicles from various car dealers and always walked away feeling "talked into or taken advantage of". Adam and Tracey both made me feel like I was family, making sure I felt comfortable with the payment they offered. Going so far as to lower the payment by taking out whatever extra coverage we decided if the payment was too high. Other dealerships DO NOT do that, they guilt you into feeling like you have to purchase whatever warranty and such. Then, once the papers are signed you no longer exsist. I have already told everyone I know (across Canada) about how fantastic the service was at the Scott Kia, in particular Adam and Tracey, and encouraged a few relatives to check out the Kia dealerships in their areas. But in particular the Scott Kia in Red Deer. Thank you so much for the "painless" vehicle purchase, and continued support! More
