They charged us 80 dollars to take some rocks out of a cowling. Still made the noise so I took it to the local Kal Tire and they told us it was a worn out anti-vibration clip on a caliper and didn't charge us anything. More

My visit started by walking in and having one of the more senior sales reps stare me down then ridicule me behind my back when I wasn't looking (according to friend), I then went through a series of high pressure interactions with multiple sales associates who joked and acted like they didn't care there was customers in the store. When it was time to appraise my trade some random other guy, who eventually introduced himself as head of sales, just came and tried to take my keys with no introduction! Then I was taken outside the side door, through their smoking area, to sit in 3 in cleaned (garbage in trunk and cup holders of two!) vehicles. While my sales associate was in getting another set of keys I listened to about 7 of the others mock a customer and her daughter while smoking outside when they didn't know we were there. After they drastically low balled my trade in and then awkwardly tried to back pedal it up by $3000 (if I "would just drive a Kia and really want it") I asked for my keys back and left. One sales associate even tried to joke about not giving me back MY KEYS until I tried more vehicles. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP. From the moment you walk in you will be uncomfortable and pressured. Chris (our particular salesman) was nice...but incredibly overshadowed by his coworkers. More

More

My overall experience with the above mentioned Vehicle Purchase can be described as Average to Good. I did not get a " steal price" on the vehicle, nor was I expecting/ intended to do so. No one should go into a dealership expecting to get a "steal price" on a vehicle in Alberta; dealerships have to make a fair profit also, in order to stay in business. In reference to Manufacturer's and Dealer Rebates/Incentives, seek total clarity, before making a final offer. I/We dealt with the following staff at Red deer Kia and we were treated with respect and courtesy: Management/Sales - Dan Tait, Leslie Morrison, and Tyrelle Bonneau. Service Centre Staff - Tish, Scott, Stephen and Steve. The Receptionist staff was also very helpful and courteous. In my opinion, this Dealership has the potential to become one of the best ( top tier) dealerships in Red Deer and I intend to return there; therefore, I will evaluate them in the future. More

Vacuous sales staff, deplorable Business Manager! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, not even an enemy. Vulturous Sales Consultants, no attempt to make a customer feel at ease, and that was from one person. It got worse as the sales process progressed. The Business Manager was robotic and unconcerned, and pathetically rude. (ie. snatched the payment cheque right out of my hand, who in business acts like this?!?!) I wouldn't surprised if this dealership has new management in the near future. Poor experience overall, no redeeming aspect to this transaction what-so-ever. More
WORST SHOPPING EXPERIANCE EVER!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! EXTREMELY HIGH PRESSURE SALES! I have never been so pressured to purchase "RIGHT NOW". I went to browse at a vehicle and was in front door less than 5 EXTREMELY HIGH PRESSURE SALES! I have never been so pressured to purchase "RIGHT NOW". I went to browse at a vehicle and was in front door less than 5 seconds before being taken to a sales office. I was pressured into signing a form that if they could satisfy my price and payment options that the deal would happen immediately, ALL PRIOR TO EVER EVEN SITTING INSIDE A KIA VEHICLE IN MY LIFE. I was required to sign before a test drive would be considered. I test drove the vehicle and had to have a 30 minute showing by the salesperson of all the features (radio, wipers, cruise...etc...) prior to testing it. To top it off, the salesperson had to come on the test drive and interjected with every sentence spoken between myself and my spouse. I find it hard to have a discussion with my spouse about a vehicle when the salesperson is even in the car, let alone interjecting at every possible opportunity. I couldn't even get a price on the car until they made me a offer. The price was 12,000 higher than any other kia dealer. Take your time and research prices before you ever shop. Make sure you have at least 4 hours to waste if you ever chance to walk through their doors, but I would highly recommend against doing so. My brother experienced the exact same treatment 2 months ago with same dealership, but only mentioned it after I told him we had stopped to browse. I didn't even need to tell him what I experienced. As he told me his experience, it was as if he was right there with me for my experience. So, I have decided to forewarn anybody with enough sense to check these things prior to shopping. Wish I was smart enough to read the reviews before I went for the worst car shopping experience of my life. I will never darken their door again. More
Won't honor warranty I bought a 2011 t&c from scott Kia in 2014 and purchased the 4 year msp warranty. When I called red deer Kia I was informed they don't honour it and I I bought a 2011 t&c from scott Kia in 2014 and purchased the 4 year msp warranty. When I called red deer Kia I was informed they don't honour it and I'd have to call scottsville. Every other dealership does that warranty work so why won't they? Obviously I won't buy my next vehicle from them and I have bought 3 vehicles from scott Kia. The new owners apparently don't want to keep any of the business that scott Kia had More

I was greeted with a smile as soon as I pulled up by a salesman named Eli. I was surprised to see what kia has to offer and fell in love with the Sorento. All in all, it was an awesome experience and I will definitely be back in the future! Thanks Eli! More
