Then dealer says they have a vehicle in that I would be interested in, then tell me I have to wait for approval again, very dishonest dealership and sales manager, I contacted another dealer in regards to a car that they had for sale to see if it had the options I was looking for and to see if zack could bring it in, he called the dealer then proceeded to tell his sales staff they sold it, not the truth that they won't sell to other dealers. More

Worked with me! I online searched for a Kia Sorrento within Alberta and BC. I went to 4 dealerships in AB (including Red Deer Kia) and 2 in BC. My experience with Calgary was the worst I've ever experienced and pressures in BC were more than anyone would want. While away I received a call from Red Kia offering me great incentives and trade-in! I got the best price possible on my 2016 Kia Sorrento with the best offer out of all dealerships on my trade-in. I was totally in control of my Kia purchase...not pressured to go out of my budget or accept extended warranties or other offers! While at the dealership I was always invited to use the customer lounge that was stocked with snacks and drinks...at no cost! Thank you Red Deer Kia...I'm enjoying my Sorrento! More

Worst experience ever!!!!!! Went there after multiple phone calls from them. My wife went and looked at used trucks. They hit my credit 15 times then tried to sell her a dodge ra Went there after multiple phone calls from them. My wife went and looked at used trucks. They hit my credit 15 times then tried to sell her a dodge ram 1500 4x4 after papers were signed it turned out to be 2wd. Then tried to get us to take a 2yr older truck than mine. I told them we would take the2wd but they had to put good winter tires on so they agreed. I didnt even make it 20km and the tire went flat, the salesman admitted to pumping it up 2 times before we got it. They told me to change it myself and get it fixed. 2 days later they phoned and said they would only pay 600 towards winter tires and they didnt care if they lost my buisness lol. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM EVER. This is not acceptable so sending into amvic.... More
