Excellent Experience I bought a new Sorrento and I love it. I dealt with Brett and he was fantastic! He gave me a great deal on my trade in,the best of any other place I went. He really listened to what I wanted, but what really impressed me was that fact that he realized who was actually buying the car. Even though my husband was with me, Brett understood that the vehicle was for me and never once ignored me or treated me like I was just the little woman on the sideline like some of the other dealerships I went to! I highly recommend Brett,especially if you want a great experience without the high pressure sales tactics. 5 stars all the way!! More

A very good expirence in General .. buyed a new KIA .. my second one on october 2015 and saleman was 10/10 it was not a presure sell he was not trying to push anything ( i b buyed a new KIA .. my second one on october 2015 and saleman was 10/10 it was not a presure sell he was not trying to push anything ( i been reading several bad review and me it was perfect i cant complain on anything the finace girl 10/10 very helpfull and do their best to work with you and give good advice ... .. i know that KIA dealership did buy out the old dealer ScottKia .. and lots old customer been complain on lots of stuff but me so far i reapeat cant complain at all .. good deal they give me the max value for my trade in not like other dealer that low ball me on the price ... the manager did pitch in a trip to mexico ...:D More

After 3 high pressure salesmen had tried to talk me out of my vehicle and into some other vehicle they finally got my car into the service bay --- at 3:00 PM !!! I lost an entire days work, and they lost any posibility of me ever returning to their dealership. They are far more interested in moving product (any product) rather than customer service. More

From the second you walk through the front door (if they don't jump you in the parking lot), they will interrogate you to find you the "perfect model". All I wanted to do was drive one of the xxxx Kia's to see if I was even interested in one. But they were to busy running around talking to the "managers" to get their approval for which car I could test drive. Beware, they will even try to get you to agree to a credit check, BEFORE you have even looked at a car or tested one. Dealership is full of high pressure crooks, teaching new high pressure crooks!!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!! More

They charged us 80 dollars to take some rocks out of a cowling. Still made the noise so I took it to the local Kal Tire and they told us it was a worn out anti-vibration clip on a caliper and didn't charge us anything. More

They all look like kids, because they are, and are more arrogant and rude than they appear in their picture. My visit started by walking in and having one of the more senior sales reps stare me down then ridicule me behind my back when I wasn't looking (according to friend), I then went through a series of high pressure interactions with multiple sales associates who joked and acted like they didn't care there was customers in the store. When it was time to appraise my trade some random other guy, who eventually introduced himself as head of sales, just came and tried to take my keys with no introduction! Then I was taken outside the side door, through their smoking area, to sit in 3 in cleaned (garbage in trunk and cup holders of two!) vehicles. While my sales associate was in getting another set of keys I listened to about 7 of the others mock a customer and her daughter while smoking outside when they didn't know we were there. After they drastically low balled my trade in and then awkwardly tried to back pedal it up by $3000 (if I "would just drive a Kia and really want it") I asked for my keys back and left. One sales associate even tried to joke about not giving me back MY KEYS until I tried more vehicles. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP. From the moment you walk in you will be uncomfortable and pressured. Chris (our particular salesman) was nice...but incredibly overshadowed by his coworkers. More
