Vacuous sales staff, deplorable Business Manager! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, not even an enemy. Vulturous Sales Consultants, no attempt to make a customer feel at ease, and that was from one person. It got worse as the sales process progressed. The Business Manager was robotic and unconcerned, and pathetically rude. (ie. snatched the payment cheque right out of my hand, who in business acts like this?!?!) I wouldn't surprised if this dealership has new management in the near future. Poor experience overall, no redeeming aspect to this transaction what-so-ever. More

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIANCE EVER!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! EXTREMELY HIGH PRESSURE SALES! I have never been so pressured to purchase "RIGHT NOW". I went to browse at a vehicle and was in front door less than 5 EXTREMELY HIGH PRESSURE SALES! I have never been so pressured to purchase "RIGHT NOW". I went to browse at a vehicle and was in front door less than 5 seconds before being taken to a sales office. I was pressured into signing a form that if they could satisfy my price and payment options that the deal would happen immediately, ALL PRIOR TO EVER EVEN SITTING INSIDE A KIA VEHICLE IN MY LIFE. I was required to sign before a test drive would be considered. I test drove the vehicle and had to have a 30 minute showing by the salesperson of all the features (radio, wipers, cruise...etc...) prior to testing it. To top it off, the salesperson had to come on the test drive and interjected with every sentence spoken between myself and my spouse. I find it hard to have a discussion with my spouse about a vehicle when the salesperson is even in the car, let alone interjecting at every possible opportunity. I couldn't even get a price on the car until they made me a offer. The price was 12,000 higher than any other kia dealer. Take your time and research prices before you ever shop. Make sure you have at least 4 hours to waste if you ever chance to walk through their doors, but I would highly recommend against doing so. My brother experienced the exact same treatment 2 months ago with same dealership, but only mentioned it after I told him we had stopped to browse. I didn't even need to tell him what I experienced. As he told me his experience, it was as if he was right there with me for my experience. So, I have decided to forewarn anybody with enough sense to check these things prior to shopping. Wish I was smart enough to read the reviews before I went for the worst car shopping experience of my life. I will never darken their door again. More

Won't honor warranty I bought a 2011 t&c from scott Kia in 2014 and purchased the 4 year msp warranty. When I called red deer Kia I was informed they don't honour it and I I bought a 2011 t&c from scott Kia in 2014 and purchased the 4 year msp warranty. When I called red deer Kia I was informed they don't honour it and I'd have to call scottsville. Every other dealership does that warranty work so why won't they? Obviously I won't buy my next vehicle from them and I have bought 3 vehicles from scott Kia. The new owners apparently don't want to keep any of the business that scott Kia had More

My family and I had always had amazing experie BE AWARE....of Luke and the gang at Red Deer Kia. Red Deer Kia is not anything like the Kipp Scott Kia. My family and I had always had amazing experiences with Kipp Scot Kia. I have previously purchased both a Kia Sportage & a Kia Sorento from Kipp Scott Kia. There were no issues. I love my Kia vehicles. However, I went into the Red Deer Kia dealership to look into upgrading my current Kia vehicle, and to find out the price of a newer Sorento. And, I basically wanted to get an idea of how much I would get on a trade in for my current vehicle. I felt totally pressured right from the start to make a committment to manager name Luke at Red Deer Kia to purchase a vehicle from them today before they would even show us one of their new vehicles. High pressure salesman.....no business from me now or in the future. I will gladly take any of my future purchases to a different Kia dealership. There are far more disappointing details to this story. However to make a long story stort; I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Worst experience at a dealership EVER!!! More
