After a brief phone conversation with Russ Trottman to describe what type of truck we were looking for, Russ called back a few days later as he had the perfect Dodge Ram Sport for us. The truck had all the options we wanted and was priced better than other dealership in the Toronto/Oshawa area. Russ treated us with professionalism and respect. He answered all of our questions. We picked up the truck a few days later and it was sparkling clean and ready to go. Linda Hill immediately asked us if we were taken care of. We met with Russ to complete the deal.
