Did I need a brake job?? I had problems. I wanted an oil change BUT the oil I needed was not available, BUT a higher priced version was. Hmmm. Upselling anyone. I was told I had problems. I wanted an oil change BUT the oil I needed was not available, BUT a higher priced version was. Hmmm. Upselling anyone. I was told that my brakes needed replacement. I had taken the Jeep to another garage in March and they had said the brakes were OK. I took it back to them after being told " You need a brake job" and they re-iterated the NO Brakes needed at this time. Disturbing. More

Fantastic service!! Travelling from Quebec City to Toronto on vacations last July, my A/C compressor broke down, causing also the melting of my timing belt. Nice sunshine Travelling from Quebec City to Toronto on vacations last July, my A/C compressor broke down, causing also the melting of my timing belt. Nice sunshine outside, temperatures over 40 degrees Celcius, couldn't survive without A/C!! By chance, Becky at service took care of us, having someone to check the damages, evaluate the repairs, find some time to make the repairs quickly, booked a rental for us, and even sent us to the rental with the shuttle. On our way back, three days later, everything was done on my Jeep Liberty, and went back home fully satisfied. We were really fortunate that lady was on duty that day, she reassured us with that big smile and her true professionalism. Thanks again!! Charles-Eric and Samuel More

Helped us out of a tight spot I am visiting Canada from the US with a 2018 ram cummins with 7200 miles on it. After fishing most of the morning, I returned to my ram finding it unr I am visiting Canada from the US with a 2018 ram cummins with 7200 miles on it. After fishing most of the morning, I returned to my ram finding it unresponsive to the key fob. Arranging a tow to a nearby dealer with chrysler road ride service was a night mare. Dropped calls, incincere operators who just didn't listen to my situation made it very difficult. I'm a handicapped individual with a boat in a public lake at a public boat ramp with no way to load the boat was a bigger issue to me than towing the truck to a dealer. All they were worried about was the truck.needless to say I am very disappointed in rams road side manner!. I asked them to bring a tow vehicle that a handicapped person could get in. They sent a truck with three very high and narrow steps. I was lucky to get on on the 4th try and not fall out, hurting myself. Very lucky. That being said, the dealer did everything they could to fit us in and get us on the road. They were polite and knowledgeable. It was the ignition switch on a new ram with 7200 miles. That sure doesn't speak well for ram in my book. Luckily they had the parts, that was a miracle, had time to get them installed and had us on our way about 6 hours from when I first called road side assistance.
