Things couldn’t have gone better! We came in and the Jeep was fueled and and ready to test out while (Lori did all our financial work) it was perfect ! drove in at 10 am and at 1 pm drove out in our new Jeep! More

My, how things have changed !!! (Over ten years have past since we last went through this procedure, admittedly with a different dealership, but this time was a totally different e (Over ten years have past since we last went through this procedure, admittedly with a different dealership, but this time was a totally different experience) Right from the start we felt extremely at ease, no pressure whatsoever, nobody following us, pushing us or asking what they can do to "make this deal happen today", more of an informative and relaxed discussion of what vehicle WE felt would suit our needs. Kate was superb to deal with, patient and knowledgeable and able to switch easily from the different vehicles we were interested in discussing. After numerous test drives we decided on the vehicle we felt suited our needs. The wheels were set in motion (pun intended) and the purchasing process began - painless ! Thanks again to the financial side of the dealership !! Overall we couldn't be happier, my thoughts now are that it was always like this at Belleville Dodge...sadly, ten years ago I didn't read these reviews !!! More

Very curtious and welcoming dealership. Russ was extremely helpful and friendly. He listened closely to what I was looking for and quickly got me into a new Ram truck for a test drive. His k Russ was extremely helpful and friendly. He listened closely to what I was looking for and quickly got me into a new Ram truck for a test drive. His knowledge of the vehicle was excellent and he walked me through all of the features before we went out on the test drive. George took me through the financing and extra warranties in great detail, however he was not pushy when it came to purchasing them. Overall the staff was very accommodating which led to an excellent experience. More

Easy to deal with Over all eay to deal with spoke with Mark on the phone and email but he was with a custoner when we went in to the dealership. So Paul set us up with Dave, very nice again easy to deal with not pushy. The vehical we bought wasnt 100% ready for us when we went to pick it up ie missing floor mats and a antenna but have a short while that was solved. my only real negative is that is was very clear that it was a commission based attitude it did not feel like a team environmentie. Alot of not taking a responsibility of a mistake or over look. But I will deal with them again 100% all in all a great experience. More
