Perfect end to a bad situation I had wrote off my previous vehicle when I visited to look at a new truck. I have never been a fan of the car buying experience but Dave, Decon and An I had wrote off my previous vehicle when I visited to look at a new truck. I have never been a fan of the car buying experience but Dave, Decon and Andy were all incredibly helpful and made it a very hassle free process. When I ran into issues with my insurance company they were more than willing and able to help out with alternative solutions. When I went in on a Saturday my plan was "just to take a look", things went so well by the following Tuesday I was driving around in my new truck. More

The sales representative approached us within moments of our arrival....conveyed his interest in wanting to know what 'our' wishes and thoughts were The sales representative approached us within moments of our arrival....conveyed his interest in wanting to know what 'our' wishes and thoughts were on a potential purchase. Russ Trottman listened, did not make any strong overt attempt to 'upgrade' us....only mentioned options, but within almost seconds found us a vehicle within the framework and guide lines we'd requested. This was quickly followed up by an introduction to, and subsequent comfortable financial arrangement with his colleague, Lori Conroy....who was most accommodating and at her encouragement we were able to secure a comfortable long term service agreement.
