They had the vehicle I wanted in stock and didn't try to up-sell me to something else. The sales and management people remained accessible and responsive throughout the process. A different and better experience than most dealers. The salesman helps to find the right vehicle but then you sit with the business manager to talk price. Usually the sales person takes your "offer" and "presents" it to the business manager behind closed doors. Belleville's business model is closer to where the industry needs to go in my opinion. We had a bit of back and forth and it took until the next morning to work out an agreement but in the end I was extremely satisfied. The only thing better than a shiny new truck in the driveway is being able to look at it and not feel any buyer remorse or regrets! The delivery process was the most pleasant I've ever experienced. We went over the paperwork, exchanged keys, and then Janice familiarized me with the important features.
