Definitely worth a look for anyone from Quinte West, Kingston, Prince Edward County, etc. The two Ram dealers in Kingston couldn't come close on price for the Ram and Belleville beat them on trade value. They had the vehicle I wanted in stock and didn't try to up-sell me to something else. The sales and management people remained accessible and responsive throughout the process. A different and better experience than most dealers. The salesman helps to find the right vehicle but then you sit with the business manager to talk price. Usually the sales person takes your "offer" and "presents" it to the business manager behind closed doors. Belleville's business model is closer to where the industry needs to go in my opinion. We had a bit of back and forth and it took until the next morning to work out an agreement but in the end I was extremely satisfied. The only thing better than a shiny new truck in the driveway is being able to look at it and not feel any buyer remorse or regrets! The delivery process was the most pleasant I've ever experienced. We went over the paperwork, exchanged keys, and then Janice familiarized me with the important features. I had already told Scott I wasn't interested in any additional accessories or programs so maybe he had relayed that to Janice. More

I would have appreciated if I had been informed of the estimated cost to repair an issue with high/low beam function up front. 4. The dealership was to fix a recall issue with a brake warning. They missed completing the previous visit and I had to remind them that it needed to be fixed on this visit. The issue continues. 4. The shuttle service driver "Jenn" was friendly and professional. It was great to hear that she continues to admire the company given her 28 years of service. 5. The service manager has worked diligently to resolve communications issues regarding my concerns. For that I am appreciative and look forward to the brake issue being resolved asap. More

Oil change My last two oil changes, 1 on my van and 1 on my truck a mess of oil was left on my engine and front end parts. Final pickup also was great, went through all the dials and buttons and features of the vehicle, and did a once over for any dings, scratches or issues.
