Then on April 30 get a call from Alex Warden saying that if I drove to Moncton tonight he would change biweekly payment from 170 to 130 , so left Bathurst and drove 3 hours in heavy rain to make the deal . Once we arrived in Moncton. we were told that car was sold and could offer us another one , more money of course . Bottom line this in my opinion was the typical bait and switch , anything to get customer in their office . Will be sending this to the BBB for review and hopefully action . Be very careful buying at this dealership !!, Update Not even a follow up or phone call in regards to this complaint ,after 6 weeks goes to show what type of dealer this is . No matter how good a deal they have you are better off buying elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I have bought a few cars in the past 50yrs. A sales manager stayed in his office while the salesman would negotiate with the buyer and go to the sale manager's office to present buyer's different offers, until a common ground was a agreed upon. Then some sales managers would go to see the buyer, some, the buyer never saw the manager; it was directly to the loan manager. At Rallye Hyundai I had spoken with Alex Worden, the sales manager. He was attentive and left me so relaxed that my vehicle was already ready for me...usually I experienced being put on hold for a salesman...on hold for a long time before a salesman answered me. At Rallye Hyundai, Alex met me at the door of the dealership and introduced me to Paolo (top salesman) Only problem was Rallye did not have my color. Nevertheless they would try to get me my color. Next I was introduced to a real smart, young man, Justin Killen. Now I'm an older person and we think we know everything. Well Justin was very professional, and really knew his figures and addition and subtraction and division...I was impressed by his way of making me feel comfortable and not on guard against the phenomenon of buying a car. (lol)….That day I left the dealership confident and content (April 7th). and when I got the call from Alex that they couldn't get my color, I said thank you and still felt good. Good job you guys...please continue to serve buyers the way you do. Don't forget...one day you will be an older person and you will know to go to Rallye Hyundai for a fair deal. THANK YOU More
Can Sell A Car, Everything In The Details Is A Fail Bought our 2017 new car December 9, 2017, went so well we never expected the dismal failure at every step after our signature was on the line. #1 Fi Bought our 2017 new car December 9, 2017, went so well we never expected the dismal failure at every step after our signature was on the line. #1 Financing Department took all the steps they needed to do at their extreme leisure, resulting in a payment for the trade in vehicle coming out of our account. Was reassured that wouldn’t happen..but it did. #2 Have on paper we would receive the second set of keys (with no explanation beforehand that we would have to wait for the second set) with our license plates and temporary paperwork via Purolator. The Purolator package was mailed Dec. 18/19 and delivered to my house Dec. 22....NO KEYS. Delivery man said...you’ll never receive them, I bought a car three years ago....was given the promise they would mail my second set....I still havn’t gotten them. Said he got tired of them lying to him saying they JUST mailed them. #3 KEYS. I called and talked to Vanessa on December 22/17...where are the keys?...oh I FORGOT to include them as promised in the Purolator package, so I mailed them via regular mail Dec. 20/21...tracking?...sorry no. My husband called and asked about them as it’s been 6 business days...and no I didn’t count the holidays as business days. Vanessa once again reassured us they were in the mail, but if Canada Post sent the keys back to the dealership she’d resend them to us....send them with a tracking # and verify the address and maybe that wouldn’t be a concern. Dec. 31/17 I shoot of an email to Levi asking where are the keys?? His lame reply is that NOW they were mailed Dec. 28/17....NOT Dec. 20/21 as Vanessa told us they were. Levi said to give it ANOTHER 3-5 business days. Someone is lying and giving us the run around about keys of all things. More

Since I had already test drove the Jeep, I was now looking for information on certain models I called the Moncton dealership and Sharif answered the phone. I had a chat with him, described what I was looking for and told him about my trade in. I then was transferred to Mike who asked several clarifying questions. They asked me to text pictures of my trade to Sharif's and that they would get back to me right away. I sent the pics off within the hour. I spoke to them at lunch time do I assumed I would hear back by end of day (as promised) but I did not. I understand that things get busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told myself I'd hear back in the morning. Nope. The next day, at about 3pm I decided to send Sharif a text and asked if he had a quote ready. No response. I never heard back from them. Ever. Until I sent a text a full week later letting them know that I had bought a Jeep with another dealership (who were FANTASTIC - look up and call Smith and Watt Chrysler). I told them I was disappointed I had not heard back from anyone in over a week and that would be leaving a review. No response. The next day I did get a text from Mike and here is what it read "Hi! Mike here...sales mngr from Rallye Motors. Wondering if you found a new vehicle yet? August programs are out and look good! Lmk :)" I told Mike my thoughts, he followed up with a call that he had been out all week sick. I didn't like that he didn't take accountability and came up with excuses. Ok I can understand that he was out sick but where was Sharif? Couldn't he have responded? Even if only to say that he would need a few days. Anything! Too bad they missed out on a sale. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone However look up Smith and Watt Chrysler- they went far above and beyond! More

Not acceptable I just had the worst consumer experience at Rallye Motors Hyundai. Hyundai Canada you should be concerned that these guys are representing your brand. I just had the worst consumer experience at Rallye Motors Hyundai. Hyundai Canada you should be concerned that these guys are representing your brand. After preventing the sales guys from taking advantage of my mother I was able to negotiate on her behalf to pay a truly fair price for a base line vehicle. The management at the store then turned what could have been an enjoyable experience of a first time lease purchase into a difficult and frustrating event. We meet with the finance manager to start the process then waited for over 3 HOURS without any word from anyone. While waiting we witnessed a gong show, first there was a consumers car stuck on a hoist that could not be lowered; then as we were still sitting there the lights around the service area including the waiting area we were in went out; then an excited couple there to pick up their new car had to wait because the service guys left for the night before installing the new winter tires that were promised at the time of purchase, I think they made the guy working at the parts counter put the tires on! I swear I could not make this stuff up. Finally we decided we would just walk out and leave the car. The only thing that made us return the next day was the need to trade in the crappy car that they sold to us 5 years ago. More
