Worst dealership ive been Was there to shop for an suv . Trying to get a price but the only thing they come up with is a blank piece of paper with a bw payment writen on it . Wont come good fir their mistake Horrible experience. Right from the get-go. I tried to purchase a 2016 Santa Fe. When I called they put me through to a Salesman, and then sales manag Horrible experience. Right from the get-go. I tried to purchase a 2016 Santa Fe. When I called they put me through to a Salesman, and then sales manager, and then Finance. I could not get a straight answer as to a percentage rate on a loan or a monthly payment, the salesman just keep telling me to leave work and drive the three hours I will love the car. However, I couldn't just commit to something over the phone without without having a price. Finally purchase went through. Then after waiting 2 months for my new registration That was supposed to be in mine and my husband's name came in mine and my mother's name. I was very clear on the date of purchase that I I wanted both of our names on the registration the same as our insurance card that they have a copy of. Now they will not fix their error. I have already paid $300 to license my car through them and now I have to pay to fix their mistake. Or put insurance on a third person for my vehicle. I was also told they have a delivery service, it wasn't available that day and they would reimburse me for a rental to come pick up my new car however I still have not seen this hundred dollars. Not a satisfied customer. More

Poor CX service Very poor customer service, was told by three different employees they would call me.back (including the manager Alex) and nothing. Customers are the reason you have a pay cheque, respect them! I feel they got what they want, the car sold, so now they do not need to be respectful. More
Bate and Switch Found a good deal on a used car on their website and autotrader. When I asked about it, they said, oh the mileage isn't accurate, it's actually a bra Found a good deal on a used car on their website and autotrader. When I asked about it, they said, oh the mileage isn't accurate, it's actually a brand new vehicle with no kms. I was told "it's a little marketing thing I do and it's worked well." (actually it's an old marketing thing called "bait and switch"). The actual price ended up being $10000 more than was listed on either website. Would never trust this dealership after that! More
