Whereas it was almost 2 weeks after you purchased the vehicle from us, you contacted us to tell us that there was no cruise control on the 2008 Hyundai Accent GLS you purchased from us. There is no doubt we made the mistake of advertising it on our website as no 2008 Accents were built for Canada in 2008 with cruise control. We have a disclaimer on all vehicles in the hopes of identifying any incorrect information, should a mistake occur. When we did speak we offered to return the vehicle for a full refund or exchange or we would pay ½ the cost of installing cruise, an $800 option. One month after you originally purchased the vehicle, you called at which point, we offered to install the cruise control for only $200, in the interest of customer satisfaction. We want all of our cutomers to be 100% satisfied. Since you are clearly not, we will install the cruise control for you at no charge. I am calling you now. Talk to you soon.
