Bill is an Embarassment I could say a lot of things about the way I was treated by Bill, but the gist of it is that he is deceitful and rude in the worst ways. I bought a super clean 2010 Impreza Sedan at a really good price that Bill recommended. He made the buying experience easy and painless explaining everything along the way. Bill is a knowledgeable Subaru enthusiast and it shows, he's not just another salesman. If you want to know something about the Subaru you want to buy, ask Bill! The financing staff were also very friendly and accomodating. More

Serviced in March..no issues noted I n April noticed unusual rear tire (1) wear Eventually diagnosed as allignment issue and deemed totally responsible although chances of happening since March severe odds against. Questions: Why not noticed in March? Could issue have been caused when serviced? If this can occur at any time on Alberta roads is this a faulty designed car? Could the dealership be creating unnecessary work? (Repair cost over $100) Now August and still waiting to have reply from senior managent More
