Bill is an Embarassment I could say a lot of things about the way I was treated by Bill, but the gist of it is that he is deceitful and rude in the worst ways. He completely I could say a lot of things about the way I was treated by Bill, but the gist of it is that he is deceitful and rude in the worst ways. He completely lost us when a female salesperson came in while we were meeting to ask him about a different vehicle and after she left he proceeded to make some wildly inappropriate remarks about her appearance. Outstanding service and price. If there's one thing I'm lousy at it's haggling with a salesman. I know all the tricks they use to squeeze all the money they can out of you. Bill M If there's one thing I'm lousy at it's haggling with a salesman. I know all the tricks they use to squeeze all the money they can out of you. Bill Missen is not that guy. I bought a super clean 2010 Impreza Sedan at a really good price that Bill recommended. He made the buying experience easy and painless explaining everything along the way. Bill is a knowledgeable Subaru enthusiast and it shows, he's not just another salesman. If you want to know something about the Subaru you want to buy, ask Bill! The financing staff were also very friendly and accomodating. More
great sales terrible service Salesman Adam Preveril great guy. Have been going to service dept. Two years. Good experience until dealing with Michelle who is rude and obnoxious Salesman Adam Preveril great guy. Have been going to service dept. Two years. Good experience until dealing with Michelle who is rude and obnoxious and must be related to the owner to keep her position . Had my present car 18 months. Serviced in March..no issues noted I n April noticed unusual rear tire (1) wear Eventually diagnosed as allignment issue and deemed totally responsible although chances of happening since March severe odds against. Questions: Why not noticed in March? Could issue have been caused when serviced? If this can occur at any time on Alberta roads is this a faulty designed car? Could the dealership be creating unnecessary work? (Repair cost over $100) Now August and still waiting to have reply from senior managent More

Do yourself a favor and go to Red Deer. The sales guy I dealt with didn't even know the difference between the (Impreza) trim levels. They weren't willing to negotiate at all, and were quite condescending. Despite all this I bought the car anyway and it didn't even come with a half a tank of gas AND the Bluetooth was all in french, and they wouldn't pick me up at the greyhound when I came down from Fort Mac to get the car. It was all in all not a pleasant experience especially considering the kind of money I spent. On the bright side, the finance department was friendly and competent. Don't bother with them, there is a reason why the red deer dealership is rated so well. More
