I had just come in to purchase a new outback , and the deal took 4 hours to do , becuase the manager was just sitting there talking to people I saw it with my own , eyes I ended up leaving tell Bejay , which was my sales guys, that i would come back anther day when Adam was not there, and over alll Bejay was great and i recommend him to anyone. and everyone , and the receptionist , i think her name was Nicole , she was so kind and caring unlike everyone else there , that I hope they don't loose a fail employees like them. the only person I would say fire was Adam he is a complete xxxxxxx ecspecially to his employyes More

Do yourself a favor and go to Red Deer. The sales guy I dealt with didn't even know the difference between the (Impreza) trim levels. Despite all this I bought the car anyway and it didn't even come with a half a tank of gas AND the Bluetooth was all in french, and they wouldn't pick me up at the greyhound when I came down from Fort Mac to get the car. It was all in all not a pleasant experience especially considering the kind of money I spent. On the bright side, the finance department was friendly and competent. Don't bother with them, there is a reason why the red deer dealership is rated so well. More
