I recently bought an Outback XT and had a flat tire a few days later. Booked an appointment to get it repaired and it took 2 1/2 hours to complete. The service technician told me it would be 1/2- 1 hour. I w days later. Booked an appointment to get it repaired and it took 2 1/2 hours to complete. I also was told the new XT Subarus don’t have the TPMS and block heater. What the xxxx?? Two features I assumed would be on the car that I didn’t even ask about. More

Sold me in transit damaged vehicle as brand new. I only found out as rear sonar sensor fell out of place while driving on paved highway with only 4K on odometer. Tristan at Rally Subaru has been very helpful, yet we were simply overwhelmed by all the information when we picked up our new SUV. Subaru Canada and Rally Subaru should provide workshops for older drivers to get better acquainted with a hi-tech new car. It would make them much more comfortable behind the wheel of their new vehicle. At the very least Subaru-Canada should produce easy to follow clips and post them on YouTube to explain all the beeping and glitzy gizmos. More
Rally Subaru is a victim of its own success -- it has too many cars to service. I made an appointment for tire changeover in mid-November 2021 and the earliest date I was scheduled was December 13. The tires are mounted on wheels and they are in their storage. Customers expect that simple jobs can be attended to quickly (their telephone recorded message says they have 12 bays and customers will get back their car in no time at all). A responsive and truly service-oriented company should anticipate seasonal service demands and make allowances. We visit our two little grandsons every week, and four weeks not being able to to see our grandsons is a long time for us; I am 80 years old! How many more weeks will I be able to drive to visit them? This is our second Subaru lease; it will be our last. More
Do not waste your time. Called ahead to look at a preowned Crosstrek that we were told was available. No sold sign on the car and it still posted for sale on their website and on Kijiji for over a week. Rally Subaru is the reason I do not deal with dealerships. They give car sales and bad name. I will not return even for parts for my STI. More
