I've done my research prior through various online channels as well as friends and Jeep enthusiasts and had a pretty good idea in regards to what I want and how much it should cost. Needless to say, as it turned out, this was the only Jeep dealer I actually had to go to in order to buy my Jeep. At first I met with Emad Gerges who is one of the rare few genuinely customer oriented Sales Consultants I have ever met. He answered my questions thoroughly and helped me narrow down my search to what I exactly want by thoroughly catering to my needs and desires. My mind was made up not to jump the gun and buy a Jeep that quickly, but as the saying goes, Emad made me an offer I just couldn't refuse...as simple as that. I truly felt that I as the customer, was benefiting greatly on all accords. I must also mention the aptitude of professionalism and outstanding work of Financial Services Manager Manjinder Benipal who truly had my best interests in mind when we discussed about the financial aspect of the deal. He completed the process in a very smooth and seamless manner with acute knowledge and application. Last, but not least, I cannot leave out General Sales Manager Ahmad Nabtiti who directed the whole process in a very straight forward and honest manner...he helped reaffirm my decision in every sense possible.
