Truck from xxxx This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2015 1500 Ram Ecodiesel. Have had the vehicle since the 24th of Nov. It is now Jan This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2015 1500 Ram Ecodiesel. Have had the vehicle since the 24th of Nov. It is now Jan 18, 2015. After 2 days it needed fuel pump. And in the following 6 weeks suffered 4 other major faults. It got fixed mainly by dealer resetting trucks computer and the tightening of some wire connections. The last time it was in, at point of purchase dealership, a suspected cause of fault part found. But after resetting the pc again (along with tightening some more wires) the fault could not be reproduced therefore I was told I can pick up the truck. I insisted that the suspected part be replaced since nothing was changed and that it will probably reoccur. Chrysler corporate was also involved and not much help. So even after they replaced the part, and after traveling only 455km, a check engine light returned. So upset with the complacency of the dealership and everyone involved that I went and traded this LEMON, losing another $5000, Let's hope for the best. From the start I felt I was dealing with unscrupulous people, and should have walked away. A costly experience in the few weeks of ownership. Stay away More

Needless to say, as it turned out, this was the only Jeep dealer I actually had to go to in order to buy my Jeep. He answered my questions thoroughly and helped me narrow down my search to what I exactly want by thoroughly catering to my needs and desires.
